He listened to all of my concerns, which were causing me significant health issues. He performed his services in a very professional and compassionate manner. I felt as though he was performing a service for me in the manner that he would perform it for a member of his family. He did an excellent job of explaining the process from start to finish. Kept in contact with me and updated on the project. Appointments were kept timely and services completed when promised. The employee (im sorry I do not have the gentlemans name) that performed the process Of the mold removal in my home also did an excellent job of explaining the process and keeping me updated. We had a great experience with Greg and Pure Air! After a major leak was left uncovered for several weeks, we had a big job. Greg was very professional, thorough and helpful through the entire process. In addition, we had follow up testing done months after the initial treatment (and an extended loss of power in the home) and despite all of that the mold was still gone! I have chronic illness (Lyme, gut issues), so I am extremely sensitive to mold. We just moved into our home 2 months ago and I knew there was mold. I felt it. Stuffy nose, brain fog, wasnt sleeping. I did my research, called multiple big name companies, but chose to go with Pure Air. Greg came out to test the house. I asked about an ERMI, which he was familiar with (most inspectors are not). He informed me that his testing is very similar, and it waseven better. Same price, no wait time. His is the way to go.

As suspected, elevated levels. We went ahead with his treatment. Preparation was easy, straight forward on our end. It went faster than we planned. The night after doing it, I slept 5 hours straight, the longest Ive ever slept in this house (mold really disrupted my sleep). The air is noticeably cleaner and I feel safer in my home. Some symptoms have improvedothers I think Ill need to detox.
