Incredible price and incredible customer service. Most places I called were quoting me 15K for an engine swap without a warranty. They gave me a quote for 10K and I have a 3 year warranty on the engine. They also did the whole swap in like 3 days, so I was back on the road in no time!

Just another great experience with London Bridge Auto and Transmission Repair! My 2000 Yukon is still running great after almost 300,000 miles thanks to Jared and his team. They are the best around! Needed all new brake lines for the truck and it was in and out at a great price.
Finding an auto repair shop that you can trust is not easy. London Bridge is the best... honest, reliable, experts! They stand behind their work and treat you like family. I have 6 vehicles (4 kids) and would not go anywhere else. If you value peace of mind, this is your shop!!!

When I called to make the appointment and asked for a quote, they were up front from the beginning with all of the options from best case to worst case scenario. They scheduled my appointment in a very timely manner. When I dropped off my vehicle they gave me a time frame of when it would be finished. Well to my surprise they were finished earlier than expected and went through everything they had completed. The best experience in a shop in this area. Ive been coming here for about 6 months now and have reached the point where I entrust them with my 4Runner completely. So far, theyve handled all my routine maintenanceoil changes, alignments, tires, and state inspectionswith total professionalism.
What really sold me was when I brought in my Moms Jeep. Another shop had given her a long list of 'recommended' upsells, but the team here broke down exactly what was actually necessary and what wasn't. They even gave us a printed copy of work that might be needed in the future so we could plan for it. Their honesty saved us a lot of money and stress.
The communication here is hands down the best Ive ever seen in an auto shop. They are incredibly courteous and the lockbox for after-hours pickups is a lifesaver if you cant get there before they close. 10/10I 100% trust this shop!

They did a fair job for the price they charged. It will not be top of the line parts but basic good parts. I had a recommendation by a chain to fix all my brakes but they told me I only needed the rear brakes fixed and the front can wait 6-12 months. So I think they are decent and fair. I am going to trust them with my car issues in the future instead of chains.
Edit: I had a problem with a windshield wiper they installed 2 weeks ago and they fixed it very fast with no charge. I think it was just a faulty wiper, no fault of the person who installed it originally. Jack was very friendly as well. Thank you!

They looked at my car for a transmission trouble code and gave me an honest and accurate diagnostic. I was broke down on the road during the holidays with my family. They could have sold me a transmission if they wanted to but advised me of risks and a realistic failure timeline and I was able to make it home.

London Bridge Auto and Transmission is the best. Just started coming here last year and finally found my car spot! They dont overcharge and are honest.
I used to get my car inspected at different places and every time I would forget to tell them I had my fog lights capped and the front desk would give me a hard time. Not here. I forgot to tell them and they figured it out on their own and didnt give me a hard time about it, nor did they ask to see the fog lights that were removed. I mean, who brings that stuff to an inspection? They actually do their inspections without needing a heads up and they understand what is going on with your car without any background. Amazing.
I also forgot to bring my car in on time this year, was an hour late despite the reminder the day prior, and they let me drop my car off anyway. London Bridge is super nice, courteous, and understanding. They still had my car finished and ready for me 3 hours later. These guys are awesome!

I wish there were 10 stars I could give them because London Bridge Auto and Transmission is absolutely the best !
My description of the problem my Volvo was having was vague, at best, but they quickly pin-pointed the problem and in less than 4 hours had it analyzed, advised me of the problem and cost, ordered part, made repair and called me when it was finished !!
Brittanys email/phone communication is beyond superb and efficient. Every person Ive interacted with has been outstanding. The work performed has been great and the pricing, I feel, is very reasonable.

The service advisor was knowledgeable. When asked about OEM Parts ( Transmission Filter, Pan Gasket, ATF+4 ) He said his choice was to use factory Mopar. The work was completed on time and the visual inspection of the fluids was noted from the advisor. I was satisfied with the work and the price for the transmission maintenance service
