We work with most major insurance carriers and numerous private PPO plans, and we confirm coverage details prior to the start of services so you understand your financial responsibilities. When services fall outside your insurers network, payment is required at the appointment, and we provide a superbill to facilitate reimbursement. Clients are responsible for charges not covered by insurance. For those choosing self-pay, initial appointments are $150 and follow-up visits are $100.
