Mike was on time, very knowable and work in an efficient manner.
The cost for two hours worth of work for a skilled plumber and helper was almost $950.00. To expensive to use for any future work.

Mike and his assistant were Friendly, knowledgeable and honest, arrived during the window of time they gave me. I will certainly use them again.

Customer service was excellent when I called to make the appointment. Plumber arrived at scheduled time and was very thorough in diagnosing the issue. I would absolutely call them again when I need a plumber.

Mike was a gem! Has to come twice because we tried to fix it ourselves the first time. Very efficient and fast and very friendly - definitely a good experience !

Metcalf Plumbing services were provided by two plumbers who were very meticulous and persistent with efforts to detect the root cause of a plumbing leak from bathroom above dining room. Not able to detect the cause, they suspect the leakage, in theory, may have been caused by defective wax ring. They thoroughly and closely examined the pipes above dining room ceiling, finding insufficient evidence of cause, even with running water in shower and flushing toilet multiple times. If leakage reoccurs, there will be a followup service call. I am happy with their high quality of work and professionalism.

Great experience. Scheduling online was a breeze; team (Mike and Jonathan) was friendly and professional and quickly took care of a really tough clog that caused the disposal to empty onto the roof. Mike gave a couple of helpful pointers on how to avoid needing to hire a professional to deal with it again.

The job required more work than expected. They didn't try to charge me more. There were some valves that were concerning to me , but they assured me they were in good shape and didn't try to sell me work that wasn't necessary. I will use them again when needed.

I had a ceiling leak from an upstairs bathroom. A section of the ceiling had to be cut open to find where the leak was coming from, which turned out to be the toilet. The wax ring was replaced under the toilet. Everything was done quickly and professionally, they cleaned up after the job and were very pleasant to work with.

Mike and John arrived promptly to get to work and ensure our plumbing issues were solved immediately. Mike's explanations for the plumbing issues were very easy to follow and he never hesitated to answer any questions my wife and I had. Can't speak enough to their professionalism and expertise. We were so impressed that we will be scheduling and turning over our plumbing to do list completely over to Metcalf Plumbing Services. I also appreciated a visit from the owner during the job - GREAT JOB gentlemen and Thank You!

I have hired Metcalf Plumbing on three occasions for various different services. In every case, Mike was prompt, courteous, very neat and worked efficiently with great skill to successfully complete each task. He came up with some creative approaches to avoid making holes in tile or drywall which was greatly appreciated. I couldnt be happier with Mike M. and the entire Metcalf staff. We've had to call Metcalf Plumbing twice now (once for water service line replacement and more recently for our leaking water heater). Both times, Metcalf has been easy to work with from start to finish. For both projects, Metcalf showed up on time, explained what was going on, our options, and price estimates. For our water line, Les, Lou, and Mike M. all came out. For our water heater, it was just Mike M. Both times, everyone was friendly, encouraged us to ask questions, polite, treated our home like it was their home, etc. We can't recommend them enough!

Metcalf fixed and replaced my water main. They were on time, professional, and their price was reasonable. Highly recommended!! Lou did a great job!!
