I wrote a review 3 years ago, and I'm returning to follow-up after my last child has gone off to Kinder...
I can't say enough about the care my children received at Precious Memories Preschool of Sandy Hollow. ALL of the teachers from the infant room to Pre-K room were attentive and my children learned so much.
Any time there was an issue it was promptly addressed and communication was amazing.
I only wish we could send my kids for school vacations and holidays. Thank you for an amazing 7.5 years, we'll be back to visit!

Between 2019 and 2023 our family had two kiddos attending Precious Memories Preschool of Sandy Hollow. We had attended two other daycares before that. Hands down PMP was the best.
The atmosphere is laid back but never chaotic. Everyone seemed to know my kids names and greet them with a smile. I always felt my kids were cared for and attended to. The kiddos made so many friends and had so many experiences over the years there.
As mentioned we tried a few different places but PMP was far and beyond the best value. I would recommend them for anyone in the area needing their chid care needs met. Thank you for helping our family for so many years!

We started bringing our two children to PM about 2 years ago and have had the chance to gain some true perspective about the challenges that the childcare industry faces post pandemic.
When all of our other friends were stressed out about their childcare we always had communication with the providers at PM.
From then until now we have developed relationships with the workers and trust that our children are cared for and supported during their time there. When we pick them up they always have stacks of papers, or crafts from activities they have done and they are anxious to engage with us on what they took part in that day. This is more valuable to us, contrary to any critics who may be counting the numbers of toys on the shelves.
I will say the only drawback (if this is indeed even one) to this place is that they are accommodating and try to listen to everyone's concerns.
As a result, it likely opens them up to disgruntled people who, while they may have feedback, fail to share it in a meaningful way. If you disagree with a business or have a bad experience, it would seem the way to remedy that would be to allow the company or organization the opportunity to field your issue somewhere other than a google review. Maybe I'm old school.
Our family has certainly made our own inquiries and had questions when we do not understand a policy or practice but we speak to other human beings who work there and take a genuine interest in learning more about the operation and expectations realizing that we are not the only family these establishments service. As consumers we assume we know everything and it's more convenient for us to post comments than it is to communicate face to face, but it doesn't mean we should.
We enjoy our time at PM and more importantly our children do. We rely heavily on the staff, their communication and committed resolve in navigating this damn near impossible industry we all call childcare.

Making the decision to put your child(ren) in day care can be emotional let alone challenging having to even find an opening! Well we needed TWO spots nearly 2 years ago and were on a wait list for just a short period of time.
We first met Bridget, who was personable and inviting giving us a tour and making us feel comfortable with both buildings, teachers and curriculum. Her communication was outstanding and she continues to go above and beyond for us by showing an invested interest in us as a family.
Often at the front desk we are greeted by Jennie who has also been outstanding to work and communicate with as we have had to navigate the world of being foster parents, collaborating with social workers and shuffle Care4Kids paperwork. And we simply can’t say enough about the teachers! Our kids have two very different personalities and in every room our kids have been welcomed with open arms and loving care.
As our little ones are a year a part, we have been able to experience both the baby/toddler building and pre-K. At the end of each day we do get a personalized “report card” of the days activities, nap time, meals/snacks (which are provided!) and potty time. It’s been a fun way to connect with them after pick up.
In every classroom room there are a variety of toys, building blocks, magna tiles, art projects and much more. Our kids love the sand boxes and playgrounds outside. At pick up, the classrooms are very clean and put back together.
We continue to appreciate the support as a family but more so quality of experience our kids have each day. We know they are in good hands! Thank you PM. Best decision we’ve made. Highly recommend.
