I recommend Duct Diagnostics. I run a heating and air-conditioning company and refer all of our customers over to Ralph and Tim at Duct Diagnostics. Ive worked with these guys on commercial duct cleaning projects, as well as residential duct cleaning projects. All of their team members from the sales staff to the field employees are great.
We are very pleased!

The 3 man cleaning crew was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

As a property manager and administrator, I am tasked with getting bids and proposals, for maintenance for the properties I care for. Recently we needed duct cleaning quotes for one of the properties, by far the largest single residence I maintain.

Robert from Duct Diagnostics was the exception. He was courteous, professional, did not speak down to us, was respectful of our time, property, and situation. I was extremely impressed! Being in the trades for over fifty years myself, I have learned that if you are being considered to work in someone's home, there is no room for pomp, self-righteousness, or vanity.
It is always about the relationship. Robert struck all the right chords, which tells me he has self esteem and values that I can appreciate.
I consider it a blessing to have met Robert, and look forward to the possibility of working together on other jobs.
Unfortunately, it was not in the cards for this one, but he impressed us so much that we feel Duct Diagnostics stands above ALL the big ticket companies for one reason...
it's the relationship that matters to most people. Having that feeling that you're not going to be left in the lurches if there is a problem.

These guys were great! Showed up on time, we went over the work they were doing. The guys were polite and thorough. And they cleaned up after themselves and make sure they didnt leave anything behind. Couldnt be more pleased.

Excellent work by Jim, Vince and Bailey (hopefully I spelled that correctly). Couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and efficiency at doing their job. Showed real respect and care for my home as well. I was a bit of a skeptic at first if the result would be worth the above average investment but I'm amazed at the results. The before & after doesn't lie. There will always be dust and trash in my life but to know that at one point in time my duct work is clean and starting relatively fresh brings me and my family a great relief and peace of mind.

Dan and his team were professional, thorough and did an unbelievable job. They kept the space clean and were very meticulous to put down blankets and plastic wrap. They left without a trace and left the house the way it was when they got here

Eric and Jayden showed up right on time and they were friendly and courteous. They took great care setting up inside as they had to work in every room. The reverse HEPA filter was amazing at keeping the house perfectly clean and after 4 hours they were finished and it was like they were never even there. Eric showed me some before and after photos of inside the ducts which was quite impressive. I highly recommend Duct Diagnostics!

I couldnt be happier with our duct cleaning service! From the moment I called to schedule the appointment it was a delightful experience. Everyone from the receptionist, owner to the workers were great!! The guys were very friendly & professional. They explained everything before, during and after. They included pictures as well so I could see whats happening inside my vents. I find the price to be worth every penny! They will be coming back again to do my heating vents and dryer vents for sure!
