As the owners of this practice, we deliver psychotherapy and clinical counselling services alongside focused coaching for couples. Our primary aim is to assist people who feel constrained by emotional pressure or uncertainty, enabling them to move beyond a sense of being overwhelmed. Our clinical work is complemented by an academic appointment as an Associate Lecturer in the Therapy Studies unit within the School of Social Sciences at Western Sydney University. This dual engagement allows us to integrate academic rigour with practical experience in all aspects of our work.
We also provide professional supervision to practising counsellors and psychotherapists, recognising the importance of support and reflection within therapeutic roles. Through supervision, we offer a considered environment in which practitioners can examine their work, refine their approach, and receive informed guidance. This service reflects our ongoing commitment to the profession and to maintaining quality practice standards. Across therapy, coaching, teaching, and supervision, we remain dedicated to supporting both clients and professionals with consistency, care, and a strong ethical foundation.

My practice offers psychotherapy and counselling to individuals, each focused on different situations and timelines to best support your needs. Whether you opt for a short-term or long-term approach, I will prioritise your wellbeing above all else. My aim is to create a collaborative, authentic, and accepting relationship that values your unique perspective.
Couples therapy helps partners find new ways to connect and heal together. In a safe, neutral environment, we work with you to overcome communication barriers, rebuild trust, and navigate significant changes. This transformative process is designed to support emotional reconnection, leading to a more fulfilling and collaborative relationship.
I offer clinical supervision that encourages deep reflection and self-inquiry, supported by a compassionate and person-centred approach. This method of supervision is informed by neuroscience and provides the necessary time and space for supervisees to grow in their practice. It is designed to reduce burnout while strengthening professional resilience and identity.

Reed is an empathetic and intuitive counsellor, drawing on his deep experience of clinical psychotherapy and his personal practice of meditation and mindfulness. He has a strong capacity to help clients identify their issues, and collaborate on their own pathways to wellness in a way that suits them. I highly recommend Reed and would refer people to him without hesitation.
