It was a pleasure picking up my wife’s Volvo x40 yesterday. Our salesman Steven was amazing! We next met Santiago who took care of all the financial stuff.. there was no pressure given at all.

Our experience with Joe and Smythe was outstanding. Smythe Volvo is the absolute best! We recently had a problem with our XC40, and the whole process - diagnosis, quote, and repair - took just 6 hours. The team there is super friendly, warm, and transparent. I called twice, and each time I was greeted with friendly and helpful voices. The gentleman who drove us to the mall to wait was so sweet, and the girl who helped me with payment and pickup was bubbly and helpful. Our main contact, Doug, was the best. He helped me understand the issue, explained why it happened, and gave great advice on how to get the car’s system reset and working perfectly. I’ll only take my car to Smythe for any service or issue. Keep up the great work!

We had the pleasure of being helped by Steven Reicker, who above all else, is just a good person. During our conversation in between paperwork he shared his experiences with cars and how they were relevant to our Volvo purchase. He was not pushy and addressed all of our concerns. Alan Faynzilberg - delivery specialist, also helped us and was very attuned to our understanding and what we wanted in the car.
