This was my first time here, and I was genuinely impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. My appointment was scheduled for 90 minutes, but they finished the work in just an hour. They even set me up with a quiet office space so I could join a virtual work meeting. I left extremely satisfied and will definitely be coming back.

Don’t bother with competitors if you’re looking to finance/lease a new vehicle. The staff at Gengras made this hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had!
Both visits I had my 15 month old son with me and they were incredibly patient, offered him toys and even basically baby sat while we walked through numbers.
Mir was fantastic, very patient and kept things light hearted throughout, which I appreciate!
The sales manager Sarah was also absolutely fantastic! Thank you again for keeping the little guy company and distracted during your work day.
I ended up with the vehicle I was looking for while getting out of a mistake that was made a year ago. Thank you all again for an incredible experience, my family and I will absolutely be back in the future. I’ll shout you folks out to everyone I know!

My Escape had to be towed (the power steering failed, in a parking lot fortunately not on the highway) late on a Saturday afternoon, many miles from my own Ford dealer. I was greeted by a very courteous young man (Manny) on the sales floor (service had closed for the weekend) who obtained a service envelope for me and directed the tow truck driver in placing my vehicle. Early on Monday morning, I received a call from (Bill) the service department to confirm the contact info and determine to nature of the problem. In a matter of hours, after a proper diagnosis, I received another call (Dave) with a basic explanation and an estimate for cost and time of the repair. (Many $$$ and 3-5 days) On Wednesday, the call came (Dave again) that the job was finished, well ahead of schedule; on Thursday, the vehicle was sitting in my drive, having been delivered to me by two very courteous and pleasant young men. This particular service, I feel, was well above and beyond - I live more than an hour's drive from Gengras' facility.
The only thing these folks knew about me was that I was a Ford owner, yet they treated me like I was a favorite family member. If I lived in the Plainville area, I would not only recommend Gengras Ford, I would shout their praises from the rooftop. Thank you SO much.

I came I’m interested in a used Ford Bronco I had seen online. I actually put in an inquiry and was quickly contacted by a member of the team to set up an appointment. Once there, I was helped by Farhan to see the car and talk numbers. Farhan was very kind and understanding of my current financial circumstances. He was direct and transparent and worked with me to get the best deal for my car. At no point did I feel like he was trying to rip me off or sell me something, those common feelings you have with salesmen. Rather he took the time to hear what I needed and made that happen for me.
I also worked with Chrissy on financing and she was another pleasure to work with. She really worked hard to get me a warranty that matched my budget.
I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used. They are very warm and welcoming, and really take the time to give you what you need. 10 outta 10.

Great staff. Mir was friendly and knowledgable and made the buying process easy. He took the time to help me and answer my questions as I test drove multiple vehicles. Chrissy was also friendly and very helpful with the document signing. The staff did try hard to sell me on the overpriced extended warranty (now called "accessories" in the fine print, so watch for that—I feel it's not worth it) but all car dealerships do that. Can't blame people for doing what their bosses tell them to. Overall, I'm glad I chose this location and would buy here again.

I worked with Farhan to trade in my 2023 Volvo C40. I had a bad experience at the Gengras Volvo in East Hartford. I recommend staying away from that dealership. However Gengras Ford in Plainville was great they made my experience smooth and enjoyable. Farhan an Chrissy were a real pleasure to work with with five stars for sure! I love my new Jeep I would come back here for sure
