This year's pool opening was a disaster! It looked like a swamp, but thankfully Pools Plus More saved the day. Justin was fantastic! He tested the water and created a treatment plan, but after the initial treatment, the water became cloudy instead of clear.
I appreciated Justin's honesty. He realized the cloudiness likely meant there were still leaves hiding in the pool. Instead of suggesting unnecessary products, he advised me to keep vacuuming until I thought all the leaves were gone. This saved me money and showed Pools Plus More prioritizes what's truly needed.
On my next visit, Justin retested the water, explained everything clearly, and only recommended the exact products I needed. No upselling! His expertise was evident.

Five stars aren’t enough for the wonderful and knowledgeable service that Justine gives to his customers. I recently (2 years ago) had to learn all about pool maintenance when my elderly dad needed help. During our first visit to Justine at Pools Plus More we knew we had found a gem! I won’t go anywhere else and highly recommend you don’t either! Run, don’t walk to see Justine and your pool will sparkle!
