One of the signs of a great company is the attention that they give to small requests. We were extremely happy with the service that James Zambrano gave to us as we worked on 6 wall graphic installations. No stone was left unturned in the intricate design and installation of these projects. When I reached out recently for two small requests, James got back to me immediately with all that I needed in terms of pricing, proofs and delivery details. Heritage did a great job on our sign, and everyone involved was very friendly and super helpful! Kyle came out and talked to us about the design, and drew it up. It looked great. Jeff coordinated getting it installed and was fast and efficient. Steve did the actual install and it looks great. Plus Steve gave his free opinion on how we could line up photos with the sign, and other things we can do on the adjacent wall. That was very helpful! I highly recommend this company.
