Honeycomb Heating & Cooling are the only ones who took the time to explain everything to me. The others just come out and look around and try to bill me, not these guys. Technicians Aaron and Manuel were very quick, efficient, professional, and got the job done in time for Thanksgiving! Muchisimas gracias!!

I havent had heat or air conditioner for 2-1/2 weeks. I called one company and they gave me the run around on not being able to find a blower motor period and they also said my warranty was expired. They wouldnt even return my calls, so late November 23 at 10:30 pm I called Honey Comb Heating and Cooling and Brandon answered my call and said they would come out the following morning, which is today, and look at it. He sent his technician out, which his name is Aarona very pleasant gentleman that did everything to solve our problem. He found us a blower motor and proved to the manufacturer that it was still under warranty, which saved me an incredible amount of money. Aaron was able to replace the blower motor and get my heat and a/c running today. What a miracle I feel he was and Brandon who answered my call last night at 10:30 pm. Thank you Honey Comb Heating and Cooling. I will recommend your company to everyone I know. Thank you Aaron for being so kind today.

Our system went down hard in extremely hot weather on a holiday weekend, yet Trey took personal time to come and assess, offer options based upon my budget and needs. I had other quotes but none offered the pricing of the higher level tech products and trouble shooting of the existing system. Service was fast, courteous and transparent from pricing, tear down and install.
Have been in homebuilding for years and would not hesitate to recommend Honeycomb to my friends or clients.

I just witnessed the impossible. After waiting a week for another company to replace the blower motor on our five year old Carrier unit and being told it might not be available for another two weeks--plus being told our warranty had expired--we decided to give Honeycomb Heating and Cooling a call. Brandon answered the phone at 10:30 on a Sunday night ( November 23, 2025 ) and said that he would send a technician to check it out the very next morning.
This Monday morning Aaron B. stood at our front door--a very friendly, knowledgeable and honest technician. Aaron confirmed it was the blower motor and that he had not only located one but that with the help of Brandon and his partner and Aaron--the three of them were able to prove our unit was still under factory warranty, which saved us a ton of money. Aaron had to go to San Marcos to pick up the blower motor and returned later that afternoon. He cleaned the dirty blower fan and installed the motor and had our unit up and running for the first time in two weeks. The whole service call was completed in less than six hours. A one day miracle. They must all walk on water over at Honeycomb Heating and Cooling--unlike that other company who are all a bunch of Chumps....A big Thank You to Brandon and your partner for helping us out and Thank You to an outstanding technician in Aaron.

Very satisfied with our experience with Brandon and his team. They were very professional and helped us with AC repair, replacing insulation and new Air Ducts as well as a brand new roof all at a great price! They showed up on time and got the work done.

Honeycomb heating and cooling came out and serviced my system. They were sent through Cps energy maintenance program. They were very costumer friendly, very professional and punctual . They explained every thing that was going to be done beforehand. They took before and after pics. They found a very small leak in my system . Tracked it down and itemized repairs needed. They cleaned all components serviced entire system . Charged up the system to correct readings.
Discounts to military and 1st responders. They will be back in two weeks to make sure all is still good . Highly recommend Aaron and Javier for your a/c heat needs.

Aaron & Javier were able to fit us in earlier than our scheduled appointment and were prompt. They completed a thorough check of our HVAC system and took the time to explain what they did and what they found. They explained how their company works and their membership program, without being pushy salesmen. Javier took the extra time to see if he could program our thermostat.

Sami and Dorian worked on my AC and found the problem causing me to lose Freon. I was so glad that they came out and did such a great job, explained everything and fixed our AC! So thankful for their help. They did a great job! Highly recommend!

I had Angel and Sergio out to my place to fix a problem with my ductwork. They were able to quickly get the new ducks ran and balance out the system. If mama is not cool at night, nobodys happy so it is a good thing to get it balanced out. Excellent work. They also installed a dryer vent for me quickly efficiently and cleaned up really well afterwards. Very nice guys.

Aaron was extremely professional and quickly identified and corrected the issues with my A/C unit. He was transparent and detailed with the inspection he conducted and provided me with preventative maintenance tools to keep my unit working at its best for as long as possible.
