Ashley's dedication to excellence is evident in her comprehensive training, which includes time spent at The Redken Exchange in New York and attendance at numerous hair conferences across the Carolinas. She is certified in Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Complex, and Babe Hair Extensions, and has specialized knowledge in Hand-Tied and Tape-In extension methods.

Kylie Seagroves began her career in the beauty industry by attending Central Carolina Community College, where she studied Cosmetology starting in 2007. With a strong passion for hair coloring, she then transferred to Paul Mitchell The School located in Raleigh, to focus on advanced dimensional coloring techniques. After completing her education, Kylie refined her skills by working at a well-known salon spa in Cary, North Carolina.

Ashley installed 14 inch tape in extensions to my pixie cut, ear length hair and idk how she did it but she is has some insane talent. Not only did she color match my hair (which has always been difficult) , but she blended the extensions in flawlessly and the wavy texture matches my natural texture so nicely! Overall I am I obsessed with my new mermaid locks! I definitely recommend the ladies at Milk and Honey.

Ashley is fantastic! I came in for a cut, and wasnt totally sure what I wanted. I heard she did a really good job so I pretty much said whatever you want Im cool with. My hair is amazing! Couldnt have chosen a better style. Not only that its a really fun vibe and a great place to be, 10 out of 10 recommend!

Found Ashley on a whim through Google, and honestly? Best random decision ever. She killed my haircut my hair feels insanely healthy and looks so fresh. She is really good at what she does, but what made the whole thing even better is how easy she is to vibe with. Super chill, good convo, no awkward moments just an all-around great experience. Already excited to come back and get my color done. If youre even thinking about booking with her, just go for it. You wont regret it.

Ashley is the best! Over the many years as my stylist shes done highlights, lowlights, foilyage, and balayage as well as cuts from just a dusting to layers. No matter what I get it always looks great and she does a fantastic job making sure I get the results I want while keeping my hair healthy without sacrificing the length I like. Ashley is a color expert and I wont let anyone else touch my hair but her. Plus side - shes a great listener and SO fun to talk to!

This was the first salon Ive ever been to so I was pretty nervous and unsure of exactly what I wanted to do to my hair. Ashley was extremely helpful in providing different ideas for what to do and ultimately we decided on doing a balayage!! The results were better than I could have ever imagined!!
