Ive been going to Kelli for five (maybe more) years now, and from day one, she has been kind, professional, and truly one of the loveliest people Ive met. Shes so passionate about caring for others, and it shines through in every interaction. Kellis wax formula is incredibly gentleit never causes irritation or pain. My sister has extremely sensitive skin and has never had an issue, which says a lot! Kelli is meticulous and precise with her work. She takes her time, checks in with you throughout the appointment, and wont let you leave until everything is perfect.
What makes Kelli so special is that every appointment feels like catching up with a friend (because she truly is one to me now). From being a nervous high schooler to a college student trying her best, Kelli has been a constant source of comfort and confidence through it all. Shes one of a kind, and I couldnt recommend her more!!

Within the last year, I started seeing Mystic Moon for my waxing and tint needs, and I couldnt be happier with the results! From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is warm, clean, and welcoming. Kelli is incredibly professional and makes me feel completely at ease. She's so funny and really makes you feel like you're friends.
She definitely takes the time to ask about my preferences and offers suggestions based on my face shape and hair color. The waxing itself is quick, precise, and surprisingly painless. I have been seeing Kelli for almost 10 (!) years. Not only is she AMAZING at her craft but she is such a joy to be around. I have sensitive skin so Kelli tweezes my brows to perfection. It is so rare to find someone who will accommodate this request but Kelli does it with a smile. If you want the best service and results, you have to see Kelli!

Decided to try this place out for some consistency after my last cerologist quit and it was the best decision ever !! I never knew that a wax could be so painless! I also have sensitive skin but Kellis wax was so gentle my skin didnt have any issues after. Shes fun to talk to and her studio is in a great location! 10/10

Kelli is just as amazing as all her other reviews say! Shes the perfect combination of professional and real and makes you instantly feel comfortable. Shes a perfectionist, which is a wonderful quality for a waxer! Kelli has her own space thats comfortable and super clean and its honestly kind of far from where I live, but its 100% worth the drive because of what a great experience she provides. Theres a certain level of vulnerability in the waxing process and Kelli navigates it with authenticity and zero judgment. Shes also hilarious and has the best stories! Cant recommend her enough!

Im so happy to have found Mystic Moon Wax Bar! Ive had two appointments with Kelli so far and I will never go anywhere else! Ive been waxing for a long time but upon moving back to the area a couple of years ago I hadnt found the right fit. And then, when my teen daughter wanted to try waxing on her brows and lip I reached out to a local mom group on FB and Kelli came highly recommended by several women there. Kelli has been amazing in making my daughter super comfortable with the process, and shes friendly, personable, and detail oriented! Her waxes and process also seem very gentle. Weve had very little irritation and redness.

Literally obsessed! I normally do my waxing myself but I figured Id spoil myself. Im so glad I went to Kelli, I trust her with my life. I never felt uncomfortable or judged. She was AMAZING and I have never felt better.My Brazilian was so easy and painless! I have no issues after the wax and her little set up is perfect. I highly recommend her! If youre thinking about it, just commit, I know she wont let you down!

Ive been seeing Kelli for over 6 years now and wont let anyone TOUCH my eyebrows except her. I have followed her to a few salons over the years because she is THAT good and I am so glad she finally has her own place!!
