While researching workers compensation attorneys online, I came across Mr. Bunn's website. I made my decision to retain him because of his profile listing his extensive work, not only as a private workers comp attorney but as someone who has worked for the Industrial Commission. To me, this meant he understood the difficulties these types of claims can cause, so after speaking with him directly, I immediately hired him and I do not regret this decision. Mr. Bunn is professional and thorough with every step of your case. His background, not only as someone specialized in this branch of law but also as someone who works with compensation law groups to better the system for injured workers meant I received the best outcome I could have possibly gotten. Mr. Bunn and his Paralegal, Joanne Latta were always available to answer questions, assist with issues as they came up and as a calming presence when emotions overrode common sense at times. My mediation went smoothly and every step of the way, I felt he had control of the situation and had my best interests in mind. At the end of the day, when all involved were satisfied, he took time to thank both my husband and myself for choosing him to represent me. When I got injured I needed an Attorney that knew all the laws for Workers Compensation and Mr Bunn new everything I needed for an Attorney to protect me during my case. My injury turned into a horrible pain syndrome called CRPS or RSD and Attorney Kevin Bunn knew how to fight for me while I battled my injury. Mr Bunn and his assistant Joanne were professional throughout my process which lasted over a year. They always were honest and told me to be patient. First of all.. I want to thank God and my daughter to find such an awesome lawyer Mr.Bunn.
