We finished our kitchen remodeling within 2 months with Maya Construction. The entire project couldn't have gone more smooth. The old kitchen was completely demoed. We opened up the floor plan to extend the kitchen into the small bedroom right next to the kitchen, reconfigured the countertop layout, moved the opening into the porch, replaced a rotted-out pipe behind the kitchen wall. It was a lot of work and these guys worked non-stop and efficiently. Stanley and his crew are here on time first thing in the morning and worked long hours into the early evening. Ofer is always available if we have any questions. They're very responsive to our requests during the project, we asked if we could add an extra line of heating/cooling to the attic and it was done within that day. The kitchen came out so great, we couldn't be happier. We'd definitely be willing to come back to them for our next project.

We worked with Ofer and Maya Construction on a full kitchen remodel and we could not be more thrilled with the results. The team at Maya took it down to the studs and built it all the way up again. The guys showed up on time every single day and our project manager Ofer stopped by every single day to check on the progress. Ofer helped us with all our selections, even with things like the faucet and sink to make sure everything worked with the space and what we needed. He bent over backwards to help us and was so responsive the whole way through.

The actual contractors were fantastic. I never felt like there was a lull in the work and it was shocking how quick it felt like it got done while still being high quality work. The guys checked with me on all decisions and we are just so happy with how everything came out. I will only work with Ofer and his team on any further renovation projects. They were that good.

Were so glad we chose Udi and Maya Construction for our kitchen remodel. We bought a condo with a 20+-year-old, cramped kitchen (a closet at one end ate up counter space). Our scope included new cabinets, countertop, backsplash, floor tile, and appliances.

Several contractors warned the popcorn ceiling would look patchy after removing the closet and said it couldnt be blended. Udi was the only one who proposed a smart solutiondrop the ceiling slightly and add recessed lights. The result is clean, bright, and open, exactly what we wanted.

Udi was responsive, professional, and honest. As first-time homeowners, we appreciated how he guided our decisions and offered practical advice. His crew was punctual, respectful, and skilled. Like any project, a few things didnt go exactly to plan, but Udi consistently brought solutions and addressed issues quickly. For example, our ceiling was lower than the hood spec, and his team cut the chimney to fit perfectly. They also went above and beyond: picking up tile, receiving the sink and faucet, and bringing everything to the unit, which meant a lot since my husband was overseas during the project.

We love our new kitchen and would 100% recommend Udi and his team Maya Construction. They made the project surprisingly painless, and even enjoyable (I joked the hardest part was waking up for it since Im not a morning person and the crew starts at 8!). Their quote was on the higher end of what we received, but the quality and peace of mind were worth every penny.

It took me years to find the right contractor for my home project. This company is beyond excellent!! He has an excellent crew. Always start at 7:00 am and usually go until 6:00 pm. Im very picky and I could not have found a better company.

We used Planet Cabinets and Maya Construction for a kitchen remodel and we added a wet bar/mini kitchen in a loft area off our rooftop deck. We had an amazing experience working with Ofer and his dedicated team on our kitchen remodel and loft kitchen. From start to finish it was an extremely pleasant and stress free experience. Ofer designed both kitchen spaces and offered design ideas that we would have never even thought of. His experience and design expertise really payed off when we ran into some unexpected issues as every project does. Communication was excellent and the final product was beyond our expectations and came in at the very reasonable budgeted amount. They handle everything from design, to cabinets and countertops, to the installation and finish work. They really pay attention to the details both large and small. We used Maya Construction Group to do a complete remodel of our basement (demolition of floors, walls, ceilings, then rebuild into more open and updated space) and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Udi and Ofer were communicative from the beginning to the end of the project, giving us updates on start date, letting us know of issues as they arose, letting us know when we needed to have supplies ready. Their crew arrived on time every day (asked to work on Saturdays as well), and were very respectful and kept everything clean (as clean as a construction project can be anyways!). Project was started and completed on time. We have a 100+ year old house and were afraid of what issues might be uncovered, but only minor issues surfaced and the increased cost quoted by Maya was minimal and in line with industry standard. Overall these guys do great and timely work and are trustworthy. We will be using them again for projects on the main floors of our house.

This past summer, we had Maya extend the dormer on our two-story cape cod (Northwest Chicago) so that we could enlarge a bathroom and create secondary closet in our master bedroom. We also had them perform additional exterior work (replace all siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and roof). Everything turned out perfectly in the end.

Ofer and Udi were very response and quick to resolve any issues that arose during the process. We were living in the house during the renovation, which could be stressful at times, but all the workers respected our interior space. We even had Maya refinish the hardwood floors and hang all new doors throughout our house since we were already living in a construction zone, and they had no problem accommodating our request. The finishing work was top notch and they were spot-on in hitting our design that we provided to them. I would recommend Maya for both structural work (additions) and interior finishing work.

We could not be happier that we chose to work with Maya Construction to remodel our Beverly basement. As soon as I spoke to co-owner Udi over the phone, Maya went straight to the top of my list. I really appreciated his prompt response to my online inquiry and the fact that he was able to give me a general idea of the cost over the phone. When we had Maya come out to give us a quote, he spent nearly an hour talking to us about the work and our different options. While the final quote he provided was in the same range as the other quotes we received, Maya was going to do A LOT more work for the price, including all new windows, replacing an exterior door, replacing all of the old pipes, and adding more vents/electrical outlets/and lights than the other companies.

Throughout our project, working with Udi and his partner Ofer was a great experience. They were in routine contact with us and everything felt very transparent. They helped us figure out the design for the basement and offered lots of helpful suggestions that we wouldnt have considered on our own.

Jack, the foreman, was incredibly knowledgeable and is a real asset to the company. Jack was particularly thoughtful when it came to installing the electrical outlets and configuration for the lights. He thought of things we never would have, but are now very glad to have.

Maya kept to both budget and schedule and when we did the final walk though, they implemented every change we identified, without any pushback. In fact, I recently reached out with a question about a wire, after the project was completed and they had received final payment, and Udi called me immediately to let me know that he would send Jack out to fix the issue the next morning.

From start to finish Maya, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy that we chose their company. Our basement turned out better than we couldve imagined. The next time we need work done on the house, we will absolutely be choosing them again.

After our basement flooded in May we reached out to over a dozen local contractors trying to get estimates. Maya Construction was the first to respond and after weeks of helping us fight with our insurance company we finally signed a contract and started work in July.

After roughly 3 weeks of work my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did we get all the repairs needed to get things back to normal, but we also had several upgrades as well.

Throughout the entire rehab everyone who came in our home was polite and courteous and the quality of work is second to none. The project was completed on time and on budget, even with additional small requests we made along the way.
