Highly recommend! We had a wiring issue in our kitchen, and Bates was able to come out the next day and quickly solve the issue. We were lucky enough to get Ian who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was super kind to my kids and provided additional insight into the wiring of my home. We had a generator interlock switch and outlet for the generator installed. Ian, our technician, was so great, thoughtful, patient and helpful. (He even brought in a delivery package for me that I couldnt lift!). He took the extra time to give us a complete tutorial on how to use it, and what appliances and services we should and should not use under generator power. Fee was reasonable, work was professional, Bates handled all the permitswe couldnt be happier!

I could not be happier with the work Charlie did replacing my sub-panel. He was on time and had all the materials and tools he needed. He explained the process and gave me the opportunity to determine which appliances, outlets, etc would be effected while the panel was offline. After the install, Charlie did a detailed breaker by breaker check to ensure everything was restored and working properly and labeled the new panel accordingly. Charlie was personable, professional, and technically excellent! Kudos Charlie!

Corbin did an amazing job! He was courteous, friendly and diagnosed our electrical issue within about 10 minutes of arriving. He was so helpful that he kindly checked out another issue unrelated to the service call and resolved it as well! He went above and beyond, I would definitely request Corbin the next time we call Bates (and we will use Bates in the future for our electrical needs)!
