I was visiting friends in the city when I lost my car keys, and this locksmith was a lifesaver! They arrived quickly, were extremely friendly, and had my new keys made in no time. The price was fair, and the service was top-notch. I really appreciated how professional and efficient they wereespecially since I was far from home. Its hard to trust any1 these days even when you HAVE called them to come to your home to perform a necessary service you are still unasure as to what the outcome will be. But thankfully all ended well and Jonathan was a very very respectful young man doing the job for which he was called to do and even indulging me in a bit of friendly chatter
He finished the job and got on his way and he executed his assignment beautifully!

Eddie & Sons Locksmith came within 15 minutes of my call to look at my front door lock. The technician took apart the lock and examined the mechanism. He took his time to explain how the cyclinder was no longer functional and why the key was not turning. Also, he provided a 6 month warranty on his work.

Service was impeccable from begging to end. I called early in the am regarding an emergency lockout and the tech Ron was onsite within 1 hour and worked with the timeline I had. Ron detected my keys were working great and did not oversell me with more services I initially thought I required. Turns out my battery was dead, he helped me jump start my car and unlocked the vehicle for me. Great company with perfect communication. Highly recommend!

One of the most fast and efficient turn around i ever had. My lock went bad. I called a few locksmiths. Most of them wouldn't come out until several hours later. I called these guys and they were there within an hour. And not only that, lock fixed in a jiffy. Would recommend to Any one. And the cost wasn't bad at all

And I was happy with there service,
My man came and took him 5 second lol I mean 5 seconds. But price was a little pricey
But hey you have to pay if you want quick service.

Called on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to fit me in. Speedy service and ample follow up until the locksmith arrived. He was super courteous and professional. Called very late like 12 am and they came in about 30 mins. The price was really jacked up probably because of the time that I called. But they let you pay in venmo or debit card. Pretty professional people.

I was in Brooklyn after a concert on New years eve. I called a few companies before I called these guys and no one else answered the phone. The technician came a lot faster then I thought he would. The office checked up on me to make sure the technician had contacted me and to make sure he had arrived on time. When Jordan arrived he gave me a fair price to make my key for my 2016 ford explorer after I agreed to pay for the key he was quickly done and I was on my way. After the guy left the office called me back to make sure everything went well with the tech. If it wasn't for these guys my rental car would have surely been towed by the morning. everyone I dealt with when I called this company was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again if I need a locksmith again.
