Jose Zaragoza was at our house today to install a filter and perform maintenance on our two tankless water heater units. Besides being a really good guy to have in our home, he was quick and efficient in performing his work. After he was finished, he explained to us what he had done as well as the status of both units and what he had observed about them, i.e., all good. We really appreciate everything he did for us and how he went about doing it. He is a true professional.

I would give Jose Zaragoza more than 5 stars. Not only did he arrive at the time the app said he would he was able to install the new parts efficiently and in a timely manner. What a relief to have such speed in fixing the issue and now once more we have hot water and a safe water heater, and I now have back a number of hours I thought I would be home to wait.
