Our HVAC broke. HVAC Philly came the same day to evaluate and two days later installed a new system. They were professional, nice and took great care of the house. I highly recommend them.
Update: Just had a problem with the system. HVAC Philly called back immediately and we're out here by noon the next day. Very responsive. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Moe from HVAC Philly. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I called on a Friday afternoon in February because my heat pump wasn't working. Moe and another tech came out Saturday morning and were able to identify the problem, and I was able to get a new heat pump installed the following Wednesday. Moe is very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend HVAC Philly to anyone with hvac issues!

The HVAC Philly team is incredible! They have helped me with my AC and heating systems for two houses over the past three years. Most recently, when my heat broke during one of the coldest weeks in Philly, they came immediately to help resolve the issue and worked hard over the weekend to replace my entire unit so I wouldnt be without heat. They are professional, explain problems in a clear way, and definitely treat you like family. Thank you HVAC Philly!!

We are very impressed with HVAC Philly and their outstanding service installing our 5-unit mini ductless system. Moe was very knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process and succeeded our expectations with his customer service and very reasonable price. My heat died and HVAC Philly was great to work with to resolve the issue. Ron and Ahmed were extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and options; once I decided on a new system to replace the aging dying one, they came back fast with colleagues and I had heat back. The new system is keeping me toasty and they were extremely respectful of my house, helping make sure the cats didnt escape, and cleaning up thoroughly after. They had to take the back door off its hinges to get a new AC compressor to the back yard - and now it closes more smoothly than it did before! No complaints.

I needed help as my AC unit wasnt working due to a bad storm. The HVAC Philly team were very responsive with my questions and concerns. They answered the many questions I had. They were ready to come out as soon as I wanted - which they did. They gave an honest assessment and feedback. I ended up needing a new AC unit and they were able to come back the next day and install in a timely fashion. The AC is working great thanks to this friendly and knowledgeable team and I will definitely use them again if I run into any other HVAC issues.

Where do i begin! These guys went above and beyond to get my home heating system up and running. They installed a brand new system and removed my old one in a matter of three hours ! Rob Devitt and Robert Doku and Moe came and made me feel super comfortable having them in my home. They were respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and hilarious! They made me laugh so much ! I was most surprised by the cleanliness and neat job that they did! After the job was done they showed me how everything works and what to do in case of emergencies. They came out in a timely fashion after my old system busted so i was not without heat for a long time. I was also able to keep my dog out while they got the job done and I received NO complaints! They were actually very fond of my boy ! 10/10 would highly recommend this company to anyone. Friendly and excellent service !! These are my new HVAC guys! Wouldnt call anyone else !

HVAC Philadelphia was absolutely fantastic helping with our cooling problems. Out AC went out in the big thunderstorm, and it was 90 degrees. I called and was given a same day appointment. Rob, the technician, was extremely professional, and quickly identified and fixed the problem (wire going to the compressor had melted). He provided helpful tips to keep our units working for many years to come. Thank you so much HVAC philly!
