Leon is an awesome and honest guy and gave me all the information straight up. All concerns were addressed given how old the ac unit/handler was. Technicians performed a great job. Night and day difference of air flow. Finally breathing clean a/c after Leon assessed and showed me first hand the build up of mold/bacteria as well as corrosion of the coils. Great job and a great quote between the parts, labor, and tonnage

We had a great experience with Kyzar AC. Our air went out Saturday night, called Sunday morning not expecting to reach a human voice. Anthony came out to the house and explained what was needed. Monday morning 2 young fellows worked tirelessly through the heat and we were back up and running by 4PM. Great company, great experience. Thank you.

Nothing worse than your ac not working in 90+ Florida heat and humidity. The response time was fast and the technicians were friendly and informative. The repair required a part not easily accessible. Although it took longer than desired they worked to accomplish the job as quickly as possible. The customer service representatives were great to work with and they did what they could to solve the issues as efficiently as they possible. Ill continue to work with them in the future.

Initially, there was a major delay with the scheduled time given by Kyzar. *Scott, the scheduler, was excellent in explanations & support.
The delays were resolved and the technician that showed up, Devon Rodriguez, resolved the issue and made the entire experience better.
Devon & Scott offer real value & assets to Kyzar:
*Devon was friendly, professional, had a sense of humor and got to work immediately. Devon knew exactly the problem within minutes. He took the time to make sure the AC System was flushed thoroughly and kept me in the knowledge loop. The AC is running beautiful now thanks to Devon & Kyzar. The pricing was fair as any ac repair is expensive.
*Initially, I wasn't going to call Kyzar again or refer them to friends & family. But after meeting Devon and his finished work, I changed my mind. I will call Kyzar again as they did resolve the scheduling issues and Devon was the best repair tech. Kyzar sent for my AC REPAIR.
