I can't express how much we appreciated the professionalism and kindness of all the staff we were dealing with. Our attendant and drivers went above and beyond. We would definitely use the service again.

I also want to give a big shout out to the customer service team who helped me greatly during the planning process. They were very thorough with their information, direction and follow up leading up to my mom's medical transport. I couldn't have done it without them, and their professionalism was top notch.

The crew were truly amazing! They were patient and extremely helpful with my dad and transportation throughout our travels. I would definitely recommend them as the go to crew.

My father really wanted to die in a home setting, he was in NYC I live in north carolina. I was looking for transports I originally was really nervous because some of the reviews. However I want to make it clear, they do have strict contracts in regards to payments. This is pretty standard for this industry, every transport company is similar in this way. when you book something they line up a crew this crew is expecting to make money from the trip. My experience was great they cordinated with the hospital, they scheduled pickup within a 24 hour time window which was important because my father has days to weeks to live. They also coordinated discharge time. The hospital even ran 1.5 hours late on discharge and they waited. I was worried they would cancel but they did not. They stopped for special requests, the staff was polite and checked on my father often as well. My brother rode along and said it was a smooth trip and he even was able to catch a nap himself as they had an extra bed on the van for him.

Thank you guys for helping my father fulfill his wish of dying home with family.

We hired ACC Medlink for a transport for my mom from Buffalo hospital to New Jersey Rehab center on 08/14/24. it was a bed to bed transport. I am glad we hired them. Eric and both the drivers were awesome. They came on time ( 10 mins over but I understand it happens with traffic ). They took good care of us. They were courteous and helpful. The ride was little bumpy at times due to road conditions but mostly it was comfortable. They even took care of our food and offered to stop at any time we wanted to. My Mom was comfortable throughout the 7 hours journey. Its a little on the expensive side but the service was awesome. I highly recommend there service. They were God Send for us. I am reading lot of negative reviews and I hope Medlink attends to them and resolves them appropriately. As the last thing already distressed family wants is to loose money and suffer in addition to their family member being in pain and sick to be left hanging.

They were a absolute godsend!!! Do NOT believe the bad reviews, I lost a entire night of sleep stressing over them. This company is EVERYTHING they advertise and more. They were my top choice until the reviews crept into my head and I am so happy I went with my gut anyway. Prompt, professional and extremely caring. They took care of my mom and delivered her safety. Comfortably and right on schedule from New York To Virginia. Julie was a dream nurse and her driving team of Tammy and Russell were amazing, I knew my mom was in safe hands the moment we met. Tyler was great on the phone as well to set up all the details. Very easily a 5 star rating. My highest recommendation.

I was in a desperate and seemingly hopeless situation- stuck in Florida- 1300 miles away from home, in a hospital with my 82 year old father that had a stroke. The hospital gave me some options- that did not include ACC Medlink, but those options were between $32,000 and $50,000. Yes, you read that correct- $32,000 for ground transport. I spent days researching companies for long distance medical transport and found ACC Medlink. I e mailed seeking information and got a response very quickly (just hours later). I was surprised that their cost was literally less than 1/3 of others. I searched online for reviews- figuring if they were this much cheaper, there must be a reason why. Most reviews were phenomenal. I did strongly grasp that the one thing people were very upset by was the lack of refund ability by the company in the event of a cancellation. This helped me ensure that I had an absolute plan in place with the discharging hospital and the accepting hospital in NH.
The crew that came to pick up my father and I were prompt, professional, kind and courteous. I was scared because I was putting my fathers life and safety at risk, along with my own, and in the hands of complete strangers.
I cannot sing a higher praise for the 3 men that safely brought my father and I home. There were two drivers and one medic. They were sweet, sincere, hospitable, and personable. From start to finish I could not have asked for a better transport situation. I cannot thank the men that drove us home enough. I absolutely recommend ACC Medlink and their crews for any and all long distance medical transport needs.

My brother and I cannot thank nurse Michael and our ACC Medlink drivers, as well as all the staff that helped us arrange transport for our father from FL to MA, enough. Your service, compassion, and support, start to finish, was impeccable. Our father is medically fragile and you gave us the best in care and communication. I don't know what we would have done without you. It was clear when Dad arrived in MA on March 23rd that he'd been in great hands. Thank you so very much for making this part of a few very difficult months easy, and for your incredible care.
