We had Roman and the crew finish a 300 SF area of our basement. After getting insanely high quotes from other contractors, Absolute Renovations were efficient, polite and the price was right. I used Absolute Renovations for an extensive remodel of my home. This included a full master bath renovation, complete flooring replacement on both floors, lighting fixtures, tile work, etc. Working with Roman was a pleasure. Absolutely wonderful experience renovating my basement using Roman and his team. Everything from the design and materials flexibility, to the quality of install and timely completion of the project, I cant speak highly enough. I was recommended to use Roman by others and have since recommended him many times to friends as the contractor of choice for big house projects. Other companies in the area use the stale process of minimizing design changes to achieve a fast delivery; Roman built what I wanted and was most concerned about my project satisfaction. Will use him again for any future big project work.

Roman Gringuez did a fine job remodeling our guest bathroom. He was easy to communicate with and did a good job supervising his two crew members. The team replaced our vinyl flooring with tile; replaced the vanity and faucet; replaced the light fixture and mirror; and hung a chair rail, towel rods, and hooks. We are happy with the results.

Roman and his team completely refinished our basement and it turned out even better than we imagined! His team was fantastic and finished the whole project in about month. The painters even came back a month or two after they finished to touch up any paint that was messed up by us moving furniture back in. We are so happy we went with Absolute Renovations for our project and would highly recommend them to others!

While finishing our basement, we found our plumbing was in an unworkable location. Our general contractor couldn't move the pipes, and others we contacted couldn't either because it required tearing up part of the foundation. Finally, Roman was recommended to us by an interior designer friend as "the best."
He didn't disappoint. We were on a tight timeline due to upcoming travel. To save time, Roman estimated the work over the phone using our measurements. He quickly diverted a team from another project, and they completed the job in a few hours. He even significantly lowered the price, since the job was easier than expected!
Roman's flexibility allowed us to stay on schedule. His communication and work quality were top-notch. We'll definitely work with Roman again!

He finished our basement before the estimated time and it is perfect. He took care of city permit and inspection. He even helped with the material purchases from Home Depot so we don't have to pay for delivery. Overall it was an excellent experience to work with him and his team. Highly recommended.
