John was a life saver! I had several other hvac techs come prior to assist with my broken ac unit and they couldn't figure out the problem. John arrived and was able to determine that the compressor was grounded in less than 10 minutes. John was able to get a new compressor and installed it the same day! Now I have cool air conditioning! Amazing! Highly recommend!!

Youll be glad you called John. He returned my call within an hour, scheduled the appointment and arrived on time. He walked me through troubleshooting issues with my commercial ice machine, and fixed the problem. Reasonable rates and all around great person to work with! Highly recommend his services!!

What a wonderful company!! We called early this morning and he was out here by 3:30 today. He explained everything thoroughly to us and got our AC unit working again. John was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Its great to know that excellent service is still available in Peachtree City! I have a Big Chill Retro Refrigerator that quit working due to a compressor failure, which ended up contaminating all the refrigerant in the system, as well as spreading debris throughout the coils. John tried everything to flush and repair our refrigerator, although he was unsuccessful, he was honest, and recommended that we not spend any more money trying to repair it because it would end up costing a lot for parts, and ultimately wouldnt last long.

Absolutely amazing service. John was able to stop by my house and fix our freezer after his normal work day in the evening. We have a home warranty company which can be a bit of a pain and he was patient enough to deal with them and get our fridge and freezer working again same day for a super affordable rate. After calling around and trying to get someone to actually show up, or even know how to work on my stuff. I called John. He came out quick and fixed it right away. I have a commercial pizza oven that the other guys wouldn't touch because it is at a residence. John was professional and fair priced. John is amazing at what he does. Not only is he extremely responsive, even making time for us on the same day, he is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely shows that he cares. We have had him come out for a refrigerator issue and an HVAC issue. Both times he fixed the problem and also educated us on the root cause, best next steps, and how we could prevent the issue in the future. I highly recommend John. We will be calling on him for any of our future needs.

Best service I have ever experienced! John was very busy and didn't have time to come to my house in Union City. He was driving to another call and talked to me for 30 minutes and told me what to check and what to try next . He was able to come the next day which was Christmas eve and he had the parts that I needed and was able to get my Goodman heat pump working. Thanks John. I will use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs help getting there air conditioning repaired

My experience with John was one of my best with any service professional. Our upstairs a/c went out and with a newborn it was too hot for her and my wife. John responded same day and changed his schedule to accommodate us Knowing we had a baby. Then he did everything necessary to get it fixed that day. It turns out that my negligence changing the filters contributed to my fan motor going out, and instead of judging me he gave tips and tricks of the trade which is invaluable to me. He allowed me to follow him around and learn during the repair, giving me wisdom that will help me prevent the issue in the future. The experience with him has literally been one of the best I have had, as he is knowledgeable as he is down to earth and kind. He is a joy to work with and he now has customers for life in us. I recommend him fully with no reservations. It is rare to find someone so genuine nowadays!

Our Kitchen Aid refrigerator stopped cooling and I began looking for a quick repair service. I called Clayton Appliance where I purchased the refrigerator and the was told it would be 3 weeks
before anyone would be available.
I then found John online and was a little skeptical about so many 5-star reviews and no negative reviews, but I called him away and it was the best decision I could have made.

It was so nice to find someone to actually repair appliances! After exhausting YouTube for videos to help me do-it-yourself, I found John Heating & Cooling and Appliance Repair on Google. John was able to come by the next morning to see if our gas range and side-by-side refrigerator could be fixed. He was on-time, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the appliances were supposed to work (gas flow in the range and how to use the air-balance controls in the side-by-side) and then he repaired them in just a couple of hours. The cost was a fraction of what it would have taken to replace the appliances. It's great to have these appliances functional again. A true professional!

He was excellent. He told me I needed a new filter and showed me how to put it in, but my water still wouldn't come out. I called him and he immediately came by opened up my freezer and took the new filter re entered it ( the correct way) and then BINGO my water starts working. He didn't charge me again and I will tell all of my friends and neighbors to use him!!

We called John to repair the water dispenser on our Fridgidaire Gallery refrigerator after it had stopped working. I had tried some simple steps first on my own without success. John responded immediately and went through a few things to try first and when nothing worked he agreed to come by our house to take a look. He identified the issue and had to order parts. He returned the next day and replaced the water valve assembly on the back of the refrigerator which solved the problem. His price was very reasonable and he gave me some tips to maintain the unit. Overall I am very happy with the work that was performed and John's professionalism. Hard to find such a hard working and honest person these days. Thanks so much John!
