Hunter was awesome throughout this process. He is quick to respond to messages and emails. The PPS offer was much much higher than the competition. I sold my house through PPS a few weeks ago. I was in a hurry to do so. Trust me it was a fixer upper. I had talked with Hunter in the past about selling but wasnt ready at the time. When the time came to sell, I contacted Hunter again. He came out to the house the same day or the very next day then had an offer a day or so later. I agreed to move forward. In the time it takes with title etc. and since I had stacks of flyers and many text messages from other home buyers, I checked around to see if my agreed price was comparable. To say the leastthe other buyers either didnt return my emails, gave me the runaround, or told me my house needed costly repairs. Their offers were nearly half of PPS. I didnt have to do anything. Only show up at the title place and sign a few papers. It was a breeze. A few days or a week or so later, the money was direct deposited into my account. No problems.

I'm not one to typically write a review, however in this case I feel obligated to let others know what a wonderful experience I had. I have to say initially I was a little bit skeptical of them wanting to buy my mother's home. But once I spoke with Hunter Hill and had a couple conversations with him I knew I was in good hands. Hunter is such a great, HONEST, trustworthy and is an amazing human being. My mom's health wasn't so great, he went out of his way to help her and took the time to explain everything. Along with helping me navigate through the selling of her home. However with Hunter's help and he's patience of my thousands of questions and hundreds of text messages he reassured me everything was going to be OK, because at the same time I was going to the process of buying my 1st home. He was able to bump up my mom's closing for the timeline that I needed and executed it. He also provided me with lots of helpful resources for my 1st home. Hands down, one of the most seemless processes I've ever been through. We closed on my mother's house at the beginning of October it took 30 minutes at the title company and within a few hours the money was in her account. All in all I would say if you're looking to have someone buy your home, these people are legit!
