I have got arround 4 quotes from different companies this company was in the middle the salesman had explained it nicely but when the people came to work they did what they wanted to do including pillar positions. the manager on duty says he's doing this job for 20 years with the same company and he knows more than a salesman! the salesman talk about fixing the grout cracks the people just put the patches on top of the cracked grout they did not clean it or took the old grout out nothing this is not how you fix grout and on the pillars they put one and a half to two foot regular iron metal rod and bunch of metal Square to balance the house. While filling up the whole they just left bunch of dirt on top of it they feel the hole with the water first and the dispatch half of the soil in the corner of my backyard. This was my first time doing foundation repair and I am sure this is not the right way of doing it.

I spent some time doing my homework about foundation repair and the best company to use, getting estimates etc. Stratum was the first or second company I called. They were patient in answering all my questions, tolerant when I went back and forth between other companies, they helped me get clear on what my needs were and understanding the process . As a result, there were no surprises. They arrived when they said they would, in fact, earlier. They were efficient and completed their work in a day and a half . And remain available for follow up questions. My experience with Stratum was exceptionally smooth and professional .

Foundation of Gym floor in our daycare Center had sunk some 10.5 inches at one end causing a visible down slope and ridge along the entire length of the gym. The Repair called for 22 piers along the entire back and sides of the structure. The work was scheduled on a weekend starting at 7am each day. The crew arrived early, worked straight through, and finished before 3 pm that first day. The result was amazing. The entire floor was leveled and the visible ridge dissapeared! All the doors had been adjusted, air conditioners repositioned, and no visible plumbing problems found. Very professional workers, easy to talk to, and very accomodating. Very impressed and satisfied. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the time Ryan Williams took to answer all of my questions and help me understand the issues facing my home. Once work commenced, I was impressed with the speed and work ethic of the crew. After work was completed, the guys cleaned up the yard and returned things to as close to normal as possible.
Overall, a very good experience with Stratum and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs some foundation work.
