the overall experience with communication was good until after the work was complete. i do believe the mold is back because the root problem was not addressed. a chemical was just sprayed to temporarily remove the mold. we have moved on to hire a reliable company to handle our issue. seems to be they move fast with business to get the money in their pocket and then that's it.

Stephen from Mold Xperts has been so wonderful to work with. I recently moved into an apartment and found a lot of mold behind the water heater. I LOVE this company! So glad I went with them. I was hesitant to choose them because they didnt have many reviews here yet but all the other companies were going to take weeks to come out. So I had them come out for an inspection and even though they didnt find excessive mold in my house I still had them flush out the vents and I was just thrilled all around with their service, professionalism, flexibility, knowledge, and price. I trusted them completely. The communication was clear and detailed with pictures and videos. And when I got home my house just felt all around fresher.
