I had a very good experience with the Roof Doctor. Manuel was very knowledgeable and provided exactly what we agreed upon (roof cleaning main roof with wire brush, new shingles on patio roof, skylights, new ridge cap, aluminum railings). He was easy to work with and went the extra mile...the house looks great and the 15 yr old leak was fixed.

I must also convey a special thanks to Tara who was profoundly professional, impressively informative and uniquely understanding and willing to work within my budget. Kelly was also professional and respectful. Tara nor Kelly ever pressured me by attempting to sell me something I did not need. Tara was always honest, and she answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. The respect, kindness, professionalism and understanding that Tara rendered was impressively unwavering!

The excellent high quality work that Steve, Jerry, Charles, Carlos and the other individuals who were assigned did was impeccably impressive! The crew always arrived on time. They treated me with the utmost respect. They never left trash or debris on my property at the end of the day. The Roof Doctor just finished our roof and we are extremely pleased! This is actually the second roof they have done for us- the first was on our previous home. We received 3 bids for our roof/gutter work on Tumwater Hill. Roof Doctor's price was very competitive, but in the end, the estimator Keith was the reason we went with them. I felt like Keith was truly interested in doing a great job, and more than that - he followed through by checking in on the work days, making sure our specific needs were met, and the team did awesome work. Tom was especially experienced and helpful on the work team. I'm so satisfied with the whole experience and heartily recommend them as an experienced, competitive, and thorough team.

Chris was in the neighborhood when I flagged him and his partner down just to pick his brain and he was wonderfully confident that he had roofed our house years ago! He was happy to pull up the previous estimate and explained todays current price points. Weve had two other estimates but I feel like the roof doctor doesnt play any games and will be the best choice for us

Ultimately the reason we went with the Roof Doctor was Keith. Keith came out and spent a good amount of time assessing the roof and giving us his expert opinion on what all needed to be done. Keith was extremely communicative throughout the whole project and easy to reach with questions. We are so happy with the end result!

We started using Tera and the Roof Doctor over 15 years ago already. Her and her team go way beyond just the job that is needed. We are on schedule to start our 5th project (my house, my parents 3 homes, & our beach house) with them this summer that will include new roof on both the house and garage, some siding repair and now they are doing exterior painting!!! One stop shopping with friendly professionals!
I especially appreciate that their roof installs take 1 day maybe 2 if it needs extra repairs, start to finish which is amazing as I have recently watched other roofers in my neighborhood take up to 2 weeks or more!! We chose the Roof Dr. in Olympia after having 4 local roofers give us quotes. They came in slightly lower than the other bids. They treated us right and the quality of the work was good. No complaints at all.

Office staff is super helpful and the warehouse manager has been there over 15 years. The sales staff has been there longer and they know what they are talking about.

I know they are starting to install solar roofing so I'll be back to get that product for my current residence.

We recently hired The Roof Doctor to do a roof placement in Lacey, WA. The inspection was very thorough and the issues were outlined in the estimate. The labor, carpentry and material needed/outlined was also spot on. The crew and site manager was very professional. Start to finish, the job was done in about 9 hours (house and garage at around 1800 sq. ft.). They did a great job with clean up. We couldn't even tell they were here. Highly recommend. The job was top tier. Even the flashing was beautiful. Would do business with them again!

I had roof doctor replace my 20+ year old roof at the end of November. Keith and his crew were professional and extremely organized. They did great clean up work. I am happy with the materials used and the terrific installation.

I called: they came and looked - they said "oh yeah - we can fix that ... [here is what is probably wrong] ... someone will call you tomorrow or the next day to address it"

Next day: they called - they came - they fixed the issue and left. What more do you want? They were polite - efficient - professional.

Excellent job on the roof. Completed the entire job in 2 days, replaced worn panels, new gutters, assessed and repaired problem areas, trimmed eaves. The work was well done with quality material and the site was clean when I arrived home. The company ensured that the entire area had no debris left behind. After the work was done a representative contacted us to make sure that we were satisfied with the job.
