Happe Homes, LLP

We recently purchased a Happe Homes ranch plan. We did not build with them as it was completed prior. From the initial showing through closing all of our interactions with Happe have been excellent very easy to work with. The craftsmanship and materials used are very good, way above average for a spec home.

Excellent customer service. Not to mention they build absolutely BEAUTIFUL homes! I hope I can work with them in the future when it is time for my dream home!

We just moved in our new home a couple months ago and absolutely love it. Granted there were some snags on the way that brought on delays and some issues with passing the blame around to previous foreman or hired contractors. We did have some issues that needed fixing once we moved it but they sent people over within a few days to take care of all the issues. There are some issues that I wished we would of caught earlier (like light switch placements ) when so that we could change it though.

All in all we are happy with our home and loved how we could customize any plans to suit what we wanted . We just had our 60 days warranty visit and those guys went above and beyond fixing the little things on our checklist and showing me how to fix and maintain other things.

The warranty guys went above and beyond what I expected! I can’t believe how helpful and efficient they were, I can’t say enough good things about our warranty response! Thank you!

This is the third new home we have had built for us, but it was the first one built by Happe. While there were a couple of rough spots during the construction stage, our overall experience with Happe was a good one. We really liked the people we worked with; every one of them was friendly and helpful, during the design process and during the construction stage. In the latter phase, we were especially impressed with Randall Piska, the project supervisor; he made every effort to please us, including having two different subcontractors redo part of their work because we were not satisfied with it. We also would note that the house we built does not have a lot of "upgrades" because in most cases we were quite satisfied with Happe's "standard" selections. In sum, we are happy with Happe; we think we received a nice house at a reasonable price.

Building a home is obviously going to come with it's challenges no matter who the builder is. I could always count on Jake being quick and right to the point with any questions/concerns we had. I would definitely work with Jake and his team at Happe Homes again.
