I have a herniated disc. I got an epidural steroid injection four months after the injury. Many dont know but epidural injections have serious side effects. The injection gave me relief but didnt have me pain free. I had acupuncture eight months after the injection, once the injection had wore off. Acupuncture finally lead me to a pain free state. Acupuncture doesnt have side effects and worked better than the injection for me. I love this place!

So far the treatments Ive received from Dr Tiffany have been very effective. My very first visit I had right knee & left thumb pain. I was also experiencing some sluggish biological issues I can relate to a November trip to Mexico. I had tried a 10 day parasite cleanse but that didnt provide results. Dr Tiffany performed Accupuncture, cupping, and some herbs to take home and all of the above brought relief. The only thing I had to return for was my left thumb but since bone I can only gain temporary relief but temporary has been for an extended period. I also went back for the Flowpresso and that didnt disappoint. Very relaxing and I noticed reduced swelling in my face after my first session.

Im very happy with Vibe acupuncture. I finished Superhuman Protocol therapy.
I thought it was wonderful, I looked for it because of pain in my hand, possibly from working so much with computer and in the fourth therapy I didn't have that pain.
I also think it cleans the lungs and gives you a lot of energy, but there are programs according to your needs.
Its a beautiful and comfortable clinic here In The Woodlands and Tiffany Maciel Kristensen is a kind and wonderful doctor.

I came with stres and anxiety, she saw my situation and handled it very professionally. I am very grateful, I have never taken acupuncture before and I wasn't sure about it and I payed the first session and was full of anxiety. I have had wonderful interactions and treatments at Vibe Holistic. Tiffany is very knowledgeable and takes her time to listen and come up with a plan. I also did the Lympatic/ presso therapy as i have been looking for something to move my lymph is a relaxed way ( opposed to jumping up and down or vibrating plates) This therapy was very effective and relaxing. The place is clean and front desk is very nice as well.

Love Vibe Acupuncture. I experienced the flowpresso device yesterday. I felt so relaxed while te compression therapy did it's thing cleaning up my lymphatic system. Loved the infrared heat .
This morning though my body feels ""young"

I have been treated by Dr. Tiffany since 2017. Her acupuncture technique is excellent. She listens, analyses and assesses for a personalized treatment. The red light therapy bed is amazing for aches and pains. Dr. Tiffany has treated my depressive state, migraines, lower back pain, arthritis and Mortons Neuroma with great success. She is a great healer and i highly recommend her!

I was scared of acupuncture due to the needles but I'll be honest you barely feel them. Even if I felt them all I would do it again and again because I can honestly say that it has definitely helped with anxiety greatly.
Dr. Tiffany is so knowledgeable, listens to your concerns and tries to help you to find that relief.
I went it with all my faith that acupuncture would help with anxiety/panic attacks and I can wholeheartedly say that on my first session it alleviated some of my anxiety that I was so surprised on how much it helped. The place is clean, smells great and soothing. Highly recommend!!!!

Ive been seeing Tiffany for a little over 3 months and I love it!! Weve mainly focused on treating my PCOS (which has improved a lot) and Ive also notice that overall I feel much better. I saw results within a few hours of our first session and my PCOS symptoms have dramatically decreased!! After visiting with numerous doctors who dismissed my PCOS it feels great finally having a health expert who believes me and truly care about my health. I can not recommend her enough!!

Tiffany helped break up the tissue in my heal which was causing plantar fascitis. Migraine headaches and now I am in shock. I ran across a Facebook memory reminding me how much October sucks for my allergies. I usually lose my voice every October and feel terrible.
I have been receiving weekly acupuncture. No antihistamines and my allergies are non existent.
Never lost my voice and I feel great .
She is a majic with those needles and its super relaxing. 5 plus stars !
