Exceptional Service and Transparency at Stellar!
I recently went to Stellar for a routine oil change, and I was absolutely thrilled with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. First and foremost, the staff at Stellar: Nicole and Garrett made me feel like a valued customer from the get-go. What truly stood out, however, was the level of transparency and honesty demonstrated by the mechanics. Garrett not only showed me how to change my own oil, if I wanted to do it myself in the future, he also pointed out a possible coolant leak. He offered to check it, but pointed out that it may be covered under my warranty and I might want to first check with the dealership--he even included pix of the coolant leak on my invoice. I will take his advice, but ALL mechanic work I may need in the future I will be at Stellar. Cannot say enough good things about them!!

Amazing service! Going to Stellar takes a ton of the stress out of getting your car repaired. After looking at your car they send a detailed list of what they've found with photos included. They have a messaging system you can use if you are unable to answer the phone during work hours (which was super helpful for me as that was my case). They don't do anything without your permission. Honestly this was the least stressful experience getting my car fixed, especially as a woman. Special thank you to Nicole, who was prompt kind and helpful. I will be returning here in the future!

I had to get my front struts replaced when one of them began leaking. I was able to drop off my vehicle in the morning and had it back before mid-afternoon. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and accommodating, and very professional, too! They also reached out after the repair was done to make sure everything worked the way it should.

Trustworthy people. Jason is great and so is Nicole and Cana. The shop provides a nicely put together invoice when you use their service. No problems there. The pricing couldve been better but its whatever. At least knowing them boys working on my car in the back are awesome guys too so pay a little extra for some peace of mind is nice. Im talking about you Brandon and Garrett. Their $50 oil change is nice too y'all come here for your oil changes.

The photos and breakdown of the the issues with my vehicle make it easy to present the finding to my team and make a decision with little guess work. The service they offer with the door to door pick up of our vehicles makes getting our fleet of vehicles in with no coordination on our part figuring out how they are getting to the shop.

Stellar Autoworks is a great local shop located near Medicine Lake in Plymouth MN. I have been brining both of my cars to Stellar since July of 2022. Stellar does great work and communicates clearly and efficiently. I have never felt pressured from Stellar to have anything repaired or had them recommend something be repaired when I know it shouldn't, they are a very honest shop in my opinion. You can not beat their $50 synthetic oil changes and I think their prices have been fair for a battery replacement and brake flush.

I had a troubling noise rather suddenly so called Stellar because of location and a coworker had used them. They were great! They even gave me a loaner car for the night. Noise could have been serious but fortunately, after some thorough investigation, they found a minor problem. They quoted me some maintenance items due since car was there. I researched to compare pricing and was pleased Stellar was quite reasonable. The maintenance was done and car has been perfect ever since. Visit was 4 weeks ago. Very personable, knowledgeable, & customer focused! I will use them again.

I have taken my car here for several issues and they exceed the quality of work at both BMW dealerships in town. In fact, I took my car in to Motorwerks to get my A/C fixed and the dealership told me that the compressor needed to be replaced for $4800. I then brought the car to Stellar Autoworks for a second opinion and they said the compressor only needed a belt for $206!!!! They earned me as a lifelong customer with that. A/C works perfectly now and I saved $4600.

I went to Stellar Autoworks for a used car pre-purchase inspection. I was looking at getting a 2011 Subaru Outback that had a salvage title, but had been rebuilt and the dealer assured me it was in fantastic shape and had passed the states inspection along with their in-house inspection... taking it to Stellar they got me in right when I needed to, and they did an extremely thorough check and listed out all the problems in detail w/picture evidence. Long story short they saved me from a massive headache down the road and provided me with a list to show the dealer. I obviously ended up not purchasing it, but I honestly probably would have if I didnt get it inspected. They also were extremely informative in issues to be on the lookout for in my search for the Outback I would like. Overall 11/10, incredibly helpful and informative, plus while we waited they took us to a local taco spot which has fantastic queso!

My friend has his 911 serviced at Stellar, he is the guy that researches everything and he told me the best place to have my Cayenne serviced is Stellar and that I can trust my Porsche with Tim.
I believe that I am getting better service at Stellar than I did at the dealership, not that they werent great as well, but I feel that the personal relationship of a smaller shop with knowledgeable mechanics who truly care about each customer and their vehicles counts for 5 stars in my book.

Brought my Volvo in for a suspension checkup the mechanics were very thorough and inspected the entire undercarriage. They reported the conditions of the suspension system and spotted a leak which will need repair. Thankfully the extra attention to detail will keep my vehicle in perfect working order. 5 stars again!
