Patty from Germicidal Maids did an excellent and thorough cleaning of our house today. Our house has never been cleaner. Patty is a true professional, hard-working, and has a great personality. This is the best cleaning service I have ever used.

We had the initial (deep) cleaning done and it is PERFECT! Floors and nice and clean, couches look beautiful (we have a cat who likes to lay on our fabric couch. HAIR). I felt so bad because we had lots of dishes and pots in the sink (teen was suppose to do the dishes last night and forgot). Patty took care of everything! Excited to be a new Germicidal MAIDS client! Needed a deep cleaning of my finished cement floors in our garage conversion. I asked if the cleaning could be done with a strong disinfectant based cleaner. Germicidal Maids showed up with a special cement garage floor cleaning solution and proceeded to clean the floors by making four separate moppings. Floors were left spotless, and have a barefoot feel like glossed cement. Could not be happier; my expectations greatly exceeded. I wholeheartedly recommend their very fairly priced services.

Management communicates very well and checks in on quality. The Cleaner I have is very hard working and detailed. I have been with them for close to 3 months. I am very happy with my choice. I am on an every 2 week program with a 4 bedroom home. It has sure made my home life easier to manage and just feels nice to have the cleaning done so I can focus on other stuff at home and work. The Cleaner I have gets 10 plus on the stars but this only gives me 5.
