The Guys were GREAT! Victor was very informative on my questions and concerns I had. He gave me tips to help me with my septic system. Nemo was very cool as well, as he was cleaning out the tank he explained how my drain field was working and assured me I shouldnt be concern as the inspection passed! I will for sure use these guys again and reference them to others for their great customer service and hard work! Thanks guys!

They saved the day for us. Our tank was full and we couldnt use any water at all. With a household with 3 boysyou can imagine how that was going. Victor and Willy came out to pump out my tank and they did an excellent job working while explaining everything to me about my system. Time for septic tank maintenance - searched different local companies & chose Herring Septic Services because of the great reviews. I was not disappointed. Cannot recommend Herring highly enough, 10 stars on a scale of 1-5. Made my first call, answered immediately. Told to text my info to same number, was contacted via text within 15 minutes to confirm a day and time. Received a text first thing in the morning I had scheduled, confirmed I was home and they responded were on our way. Larry & Victor arrived at 7:30,, went right to work, explained everything, came in under estimate and gone by 10. We will never use anyone else.

My husband and I recently purchased our new home in Valdosta, and we called to see about having our septic system inspected and cleaned. Victor was out there within a couple of hours and had done a fantastic job. He sent over the inspection report along with pics. When Victor and Hunter came to our house and made the awful discovery that our tank had not been serviced since it was installed over 20 years ago (!), they went right to work on it. They installed a new filter and put copper sulfate in the tank to treat surrounding tree roots. They recommended tree removal to address the threat to the vent line posed those roots and also referred me to a plumber to deal with the leak they discovered coming from the house.

In short, I think they saved me from a much more serious situation down the line, and did so in an honest and efficient manner. Victor went above and beyond the kind of service one expects in a situation like this. He responded promptly to text messages and made sure I understood what services I was paying for and why. Hunter also educated me on how to clean the filter every six months. I'm very thankful I called this company when I did, and I will definitely be using Herring for all our septic tank service needs in the future.

The customer service was excellent! The crew who came to my house were very friendly and professional, they took the time to educate me about things I didn't know about a septic tank, I have had others to come to my home for septic tank service, but no one took the time to show me the tank explain how it works and what possibly caused the problem.

This crew told me while they were at my house it was like they were at their house, and they would not do anything at my house they would not do at their own! If need be, I will use them again!

From the moment we called and had Craig answer the phone we knew we went with the right company. He said he would get us taken care of and they did. The gentlemen that showed to our house an hour later were courteous and very professional. We didn't know where our septic was located due to just purchasing the home. They just put in my new septic tank. I was not home for the install but my cousins and parents was very impressed with Chris and his crew. They was very professional thru the whole install. We had an issues but Chris made sure it was resolved to my satisfaction. They are hard workers and made sure everything was done right. Heather in the office was a delight to deal with. She was friendly and professional. I would call them again.
