The entire process from scheduling pet sitting, to the meet and greet prior to the first pet sitting appointment, to processing payments is seamless and streamlined. Everyone in the office and the pet sitters are positive and caring about the pets and the pet parents. Each visit includes text visit summary, pet pictures and written notes which keeps me at ease while I'm gone. I highly recommend Cathy's Critter Care!

Love Cathy's Critter Care! They take great care of my two elderly cats when we travel. It makes leaving them behind a little easier. We always get the same sitter so the cats have gone from not coming out during the first few visits to now snuggling up to the sitter. We always get pictures and updates from each visit. They will also water plants and bring in packages.

I've been using Cathy's Critter Care for over a year now to check in on my cats while I'm away, and the staff have always been wonderful to work with! My husband and I travel a lot so I can be gone for weeks at a time and have nothing to worry about. I get daily detailed reports with pictures of my kitties. They'll help with plant watering, mail, and other needs that you may have. They are very friendly and trustworthy and I can't sing their praises highly enough! Thank you for providing such a fantastic service!

We've been using Cathy's for just under a year and have had a great experience overall. This last visit one of our dogs unexpectedly got sick the day we were leaving. Cathy and her team went above and beyond to take good care of all of our babies especially the one who was under the weather. It put great ease to our minds knowing our pets had such attentive care while we were away.

I've used Cathy's Critters twice now to care for my dog and cat. A caretaker came twice a day to my house (once in the morning and once at night) to feed, take my dog out and give attention to my animals. She always sends photos of them and a message on how they're doing afterwards. I can tell she cares about them and I feel they're in the best hands when I'm out of town.
I also have the ability to increase the number of house visits if I feel like the animals need it. I definitely recommend Cathy's Critters if you prefer your pets to stay in their own home while you're away! They'll get the best love and affection.

We have used Cathy's Critter Care since about 1999. We have always had great service and great care for our dogs. When we are out of town, we are confident and comfortable with our pet sitter taking good care of our pets, as well as our home. The service is outstanding and extremely reliable. The pet sitter has always gone above and beyond, collecting our mail from the mailbox as well as even helping during our extreme heat recently by watering our plants. Cathy's is recommended without reservation to anyone in this area. Your animals can receive no better care while you are away from home than from Cathy's Critter Care.

What an amazing experience from Cathy and her team! From the initial point of contact to our return home. We had clear and concise communication every step of the way. They went above and beyond to help us and address our concerns. Cathy and Laci were our sitters and I know my dogs missed them upon our return home! This was our very first experience using a sitter and I would refer my family and friends.
We did a meet and greet and one full visit prior to the start of our service. This helped our dogs very much and it helped set us up as well on what to expect. The texts and pictures were helpful and updated us on how they were doing. They alleviated the stress of having to leave our dogs and we were able to have that peace of mind and enjoy our vacation. They'll take care of your baby. I've used 4 times now & will continue to use. Christmas 21 Ross sent me pics every visit & got to know my cat & her habits. She's a 17 year old cat that's had diabetes for almost 5 years so he gave her shots every visit. Competitive prices but it's not cheap - well worth the peace of mind. They use lock box that hold keys - a lot like realtor's

So glad I found Cathy's Critter care. I've never used a pet sitter but am pleased to say this was a great experience. Cathy sent pics every time she was at my home and I loved that she spent time getting to know my kitten. Awesome communication and updates. We love using Cathy's Critter Care! They watch our two sweet dogs whenever we head out of town. They usually spend about 30 minutes there, leave a detailed handwritten note of what went on during the visit, and send us really cute pictures of the dogs so we know they are in good hands. We know the dogs love them because we see the care-takers playing lots of fetch with them on the backyard camera. We are notorious for scheduling care for our dogs last minute, and they are always so accommodating. We highly recommend their services for your sweet fur-baby!

I have been using Cathy's Critter Care for a few years now. They are always reliable, aways on-time, and they always spoil my little Corgi mutt as much as I do. I have complete and total trust in them to always give Chelsea the best care. Obviously they need a key to my home to pick her up, I didn't give a second thought with trusting them with a key to my home.
Due to my work schedule, I have to go in really early and I get home really late, I would never consider anyone else to take good care of my dog. I HIGHLY recommend Cathy's Critter Care for anyone looking for the best care for their furry friend.
