We had the pleasure of working with Rotell(e) to develop our dream home in beautiful Berks County and would do it 10x over! From the start, Cyndi Yaekel, was amazing and guided us through the process during one of the most challenging times with COVID necessitating virtual meetings and phone calls rather than in person. She is super knowledgeable about the development process and was able to always get us answers for an questions we had along the way. We loved how we were able to customize whatever aspect of the house we wanted, rather than be forced into schemes/design pallets with the likes of

They were very professional and welcoming; answered all my questions. However, when I called the first time, the woman I spoke to, did not seem interested in talking to me and was rude. So I showed up to the studio instead and had a very pleasant experience with Ashley. So Ashley gets 5 stars.

My wife and I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Rotelle. Communication with Cindy and the entire team has been flawless to date. Any changes we have made to our build have been addressed in a timely and professional manner by Rotelle. I see negative comments on here and quite frankly, they do not concern me one bit. I have been involved with residential and commercial construction for over 20 years... my wife has been on the commercial side of construction for over 10 years. First I would like to thank Cyndi for her amazing responsiveness to my many, many, many questions. She was extremely patient and pleasant throughout the entire process. Secondly, I would like to thank Jesse for doing an incredible job managing the building process and going above and beyond - very likable guy, and Rotelle builders for delivering a well-built, beautiful home.
