Recently, my garage door spring broke, leaving me unable to access it. I discovered Firstline through Yelp and asked for a quote. Within minutes, Alex replied with an estimate. They arrived the next day, promptly inspected the garage for any other issues, and explained the repair process clearly. They quickly began the work and within an hour, my garage door was functioning perfectly again. Overall, their customer service is excellent, the quality of work is high, and the quoted price matched the final price with no unexpected charges.

I found Firstline on Yelp and Alex came right over. I had some companies say they could not install a keypad on my door as the unit was too old and some would not even come out unless I paid an over $100 service charge. Alex installed the keypad within 30 minutes and for the same price as other "service" charges. he also inspected the unit for free. it was very refreshing and I will be using them anytime I need servicing!

Everything with Alex was top notch. Needed my garage motor replaced as it was working only intermittently. Alex was able to get out to my home quickly and discussed options with me at very reasonable rates. Was knowledgeable and not pushy. He noted my rollers were corroding which I had not noticed but upon inspection, it was clear they were. Got the job quick and was very professional. New system works great and is much quieter. My cable came off one side and my door was lopsided and one of the roller came out. Also my rail got bent. I had one company came out and estimated for $350 labor and extra cost for parts if there might be problem. Also suggesting to get a new door. However I found Alex (no review but i wanted to get second opinion). He came out and saw the problem and he said he can do it like no problem. It was way cheaper and fixed it so fast and even change two new parts cuz it had corrosion. He spray everything and made an adjustment and even give me a tip how to maintain by purchasing spray from homedepot. Also I asked him about getting a new door cuz the corner never closed flat (with small gap) but he said new door will not fix my problem cuz I have low bearing and even if I get new one it will be same. Alex is awesome! Saved tons of money and fixed my issue. I wish I had pictures before the job.
