I lived here for a year in two different layouts. Overall, management is very helpful, once u CAN get ahold of them. Any questions I had would be answered it may take a while to get ahold of them though. It seems like theyre on tours or running errands A LOT. But always willing to help. Its very humid in the main building due to the pool. Both apartments I lived in had problems with air conditioning because its central air. There was mold in both apartments I moved into, I used bleach and got rid of it myself. Other than that there aren't really any hidden fees, its a perfect place

Stayed here for 6 months. There was mold in the window seal next to our bed in the studio apartments. All they did was send the manager with some mold killer and didn't do any further investigation with a professional. My wife began developing lung issues shortly after living here (possibly due to the mold). Wouldn't recommend anyone to live in the main building since there's a pool and it makes all the rooms humid. The 1 bedroom apartments in the separate building may be fine though.

Manager Ashley is very rude and full of herself, has no good work ethics and will literally treat you like trash. Pool is very cold and has no temperature regulation. Will charge you money for every pointless thing and steal your deposit. Don't recommend at all except the manager is removed!
