We have been members with On Time Experts for a long time. So when we started having AC troubles, we called them to come out. George & Cody showed up ON TIME!!! They were very professional, helpful, and competent. They checked out the entire system, they took lots of pictures of our units, and guided us through our options to fix the problem. We most likely will have to install a new system, but the nice thing was that we were able to have a video call with the sales guy Brad. He was able to show us exactly what we were looking at, with a breakdown of the costs for parts and labor, got info for our tax rebate, and talked us through the finance options. Overall a 5 star experience. Highly recommend!

First and foremost the hospitality they showed us was unbelievable!! It made us feel like we knew them for years and on top of that the service was incredible they fixed our unit that we thought it was irreparable will definitely be the first call I make every time for air conditioning repair!

Sometimes it is better to judge a company by how it responds to a problem than judging it by the problem alone. As such I am retracting my review below. I was contacted by On Time Experts after my review. The gentlemen who called me was professional and willing to do what ever it took to make up for the problem I had. He listened to my complaints and made no excuses. He thanked me for my input and told me changes would be made. He made some concessions and promises which I believe he will keep. The entire incident was handled professionally and well. So, I'm still a customer.

This was my first and last encounter with OnTime Experts. They purchased the company from whom I purchased my AC last summer. (Dring Heating and AC) A great company. I had an appointment for service today. I was told the technician would be at my home between 12 and 4 pm. At 4:15, no technician l, no phone call. I called OnTime. I was told my technician was busy, and it would be another 30 or 35 minutes. Or I could reschedule. The customer service individual was rude and not interested in helping. I told her to cancel the appointment, and she hung up on me. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new AC company. OnTime needs to realize they are not more important than their customers. We have the money.

Dominic is an asset to your company... He was thorough, polite, and professional. He explained everything in a way that I could understand which I appreciated a great deal. I would wholeheartedly recommend the On Time Experts to anyone looking for an HVAC company.

Marco from On Time Experts came today for a Spring air conditioning and heating check. As usual, he did an outstanding job. No other company is as thorough as On Time Experts. They check every little thing, including disassembling the fan cage and housing for a thorough fan cleaning and taking apart the outdoor coil housing for a complete coil washing. Ask the other companies if they do all that. They dont. On Time Experts is uniquely excellent in North Texas. They are truly on time and technicians like Marco are a pleasure to have in your home. Finally, On Time Experts never tries to se lol you a new system or maintenance you dont need. We are customers for life.

Juan was the technician that came out to work on my system from On Time Experts. He was professional, knowledgeable and very polite. He performed the work and explained what was wrong, the repaired and how to maintain the system. I will definitely use the company again and recommend their work to others. The service technician, Marco, arrived on time and thoroughly inspected and cleaned both my units, the inside unit and outside unit, including the furnaces. Our prior company did not clean as thoroughly.

Marco was courteous and did something I havent seen before: he cleaned up after himself even vacuuming the floor where a little insulation from the attic had fallen.

Marco pointed out two things that he recommended we keep an eye on and recommended we correct. He took apart the systems and cleaned everything, including the internal blower fan that was pretty dirty.

I would recommend the On Time Experts without hesitation as the value is truly there along with the technical expertise.

Hands down the best in the business! From start to finish, could not asked for an even better experience! From Technician Dominic diagnosing our heating problem on Friday and then Bernie coming on Saturday to complete the repair! Both, where knowledgeable and just in time for the holiday season. Kevin arrived at my home on time and with a smile. Kevin got to work immediately checking all parts of my water heater to ensure that we had no leaks. Kevin also went into the attic and checked the gas lines for my furnace to give me peace of mind that there was no additional concerns. Audi came to my house even when I did not reply to the message (fell asleep). He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I will likely need to replace cast iron piping, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable about that, too. He is a good man and deserves a raise! Send him next time, too!

Let me first state that my electric bills have become outrageous in the last couple of years. And my system hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. Professional, punctual and helpful describes the young techs that cleaned and analyzed my systems. They identified issues with carbon monoxide production which I didn't know was happening. My AC system was old enough to no longer receive Freon servicing without costing me a lot of money and was using extra electricity.

This answers my first statement. Bottom line, I had a new system installed the next day. Service was incredibly awesome. I'm glad I finally made the decision to have my system cleaned. This company explained everything in detail and I never felt pressured to purchased anything. They are now my go to company!

Charles explained everything so that I could understand the entire process, including financing, not only was he professional and personable, he was helpful in pointing out other issues that had nothing to do with what he came for. He went above and beyond. I know that I am 100% in good hands. He will be coming back this coming Monday to do the testing and I look forward to doing business with On Time Experts.

The service text was very professional and knowledgeable. He should me what he was doing and explain everything. This is the kicker he asked me if he could do anything for me, like move anything or help me with anything. I have never experienced anything like that. Dominic was awesome!

On-Time Experts always do an amazing job! They are professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled. Today is plumbing preventative maintenance which includes checking all faucets for leaks, any potential plumbing issues, and they flushed my water heater; we have hard water in this area and there was a build-up.

I just had an awesome service call! Justin is very knowledgeable and he was empathetic to my concerns and the issue with my A/C unit. Justin quickly identified the reason why my unit was not producing cool air. He explained the issue, showed me pictures and went over what is required to fix my ac unit. I'm so glad I called this company today and thankful that I signed up for their membership package. I can tell that Justin is passionate about his career and work. I'm glad he was my technician today!

On Time experts showed up within a couple of hours of my call, analyzed the problem and resolved a major issue in a reasonable amount of time. Although they could not resolve the problem immediately, they stayed on it and communicated with me often, keeping me informed. Clint was the technician who came out and resolved my issue. He was competent, friendly and very professional. I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

Always Great service from On Time Experts. Zack was amazing and very patient to answer all my questions and explaining what the problem was with my tankless water heater. Our service rep DJ was outstanding. We had new air ducts installed in our home and with this Texas heat he made sure that the air quality and temperature were set in our home. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the On Time Experts and DJ.

Had a very lovely experience with the two gentlemen, Jose and Liam, who came to fix my broken AC unit. They quickly found the cause of the issue, broke down the different pricing plans and what the membership would offer, and made it easy to figure out what plan of action would be best. Joey was phenomenal. We had called one company earlier in the week that had 2 men come out. No help. The next company no-showed when they were supposed to be here on a Saturday morning and called to apologize at the end of the day. I called On Time around 4:30 on a Saturday and Joey was there around 6 pm. He spent an hour and a half in our oppressively hot attic and completely resolved our multiple issues. Joey was pleasant, nice, honest, professional, and courteous. We could not be happier. Thank you.

Our AC capacitor stopped working in the middle of TX summer, and so we called On Time Experts to come out to take a look at it. They showed up by the next day, and Jerad was able to take care of the problem super quickly! He was very informative and explained everything in detail, and was also very friendly and knowledgable. Jerad was the technician sent to perform service on my AC today. He was very courteous, respectful, and thoughtful. He was very thorough when performing his diagnostics and reporting on his findings. Joey and Gilbert with On Time Experts truly were the experts we needed! They arrived ready to listen to the concerns going on, actively walked me through how they could solve the issue present, and then continually updated me with any other concerns that came up. They were both so personal and professional, and they were able to share some of the other great services and promotions that On Time Experts offer. Joey got us signed up with their Randy's Hero's program (for Veterans, First Responders) which allows us to become members with great benefits! All around, the services provided were excellent, and the customer service went above and beyond!

My air conditioning went out this morning, so I called my home warranty company and they said it would be 3 - 4 days before they could come. I remembered On Time Experts add and called them. They sent a tech in 45 mins. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He explained how everything works and what we needed. I highly recommend and wouldn't call anyone else. I signed up for their membership too that has great benefits!

AC went out late on a Saturday night with 100 degree heat and I received a prompt call Sunday AM to schedule a visit and had a visit and a diagnostic provided by that morning. My options were explained by Eric in a way I could understand as a new homeowner. Repairs were completed by Monday based on part availability. Price was reasonable and the same as what was discussed initially with no hidden fees. Thank you Chase and Eric for your help! I will be using this company again for other work around the home.

Our family has used On Time Experts for air conditioning, heating and plumbing repairs at our home. They also installed a new HVAC system in our home.
