We are all suffering from allergies so started the process of elimination. Cory came and completed an air quality test (we passed!). His process was thorough & his assessment was detailed. He explained the results so that we understood his findings & his recommendations were useful. Thank you Olivia & Cory for running a professional & customer-focused operation!

Corey is so thorough, so knowledgeable and always paying attention to detail. I am very picky about who I choose to do work b/c so many take advantage and are not detailed. I highly recommend him.

Cory came in during one of the most chaotic moments of my life. He was fast to respond, professional, knowledgeable and kind. He walked me through every step of the testing process. He also explained what the remediation process would likely be like. His reports are so thorough. And he answered every one of my bazillion questions (not exaggerating) I called him several times with followup questions I thought of and he was always happy to answer. I hope to never need him again lol but if I do need a mold testing company in the future there is no one else I would call.

Cory King was the mold assessor/inspector for my father's rental property which I manage and i am also a realtor, he was great. Cory was right on time, even early for both appointments, very nice and went through the house with me showing me everything and even giving me extra information on how to prevent future mold in and around the house. I highly recommend him and would 100% use him again.
