My emails always got a quick responses and their sitters are great. My cat has separation anxiety and Hailey did very well with him. Her schedule was flexible and she was excellent to work with.

Superior customer service and absolutely wonderful with my pets. They provided the highest level of care to my fur babies while I was away. I didn't worry at all because they received all the love and attention like when I'm home.

We had a great experience with Queen City Pet Sitting. Mallory went above and beyond while taking care of our dogs. She sent regular updates and pictures and even took out the trash for us. She did a great job bonding with our pets beforehand and they really loved having her. Mallory did an amazing job. Neal takes great care of my hound Toucan. I never have to worry about Toucan messing up in the house while I am at work. He is always happy and content when I come home, thanks to Neal's hour long walks. Very satisfied!

I had to go out of town for a few days on a business trip. I'd never used a pet sitting service before but due to other obligations for family and friends, I had no choice. After some Googling, I settled on QCP and I'm really glad I did! Debbie was great with my 2 cats! Even went above and beyond and brought in my mail. I'll be happy to use her services again. My family will also be happy not to have to sit for 2 persnickety cats again!

I have used Queen City for my petsitting needs for years and I have never been disappointed. I have 2 older cats that are well taken care of (including giving medication) and the pet sitters were always responsive, trustworthy, and sent me pictures/info on how my cats are doing. I trust them completely with my well-loved pets when I have to travel. Highest marks.

Stacey was sooo responsive and her business is amazing! My little guy needed immediate help and she worked with her network to get him and me with the right support within 12 hours. She really cares and has the right people to take care of you and your pets whatever you need!

I will definitely recommend Queen City Petsitting! Jessica took great care of all 4 of my dogs when I was out of town. I contacted 4 different pet sitting companies and Stacey (the owner) was the only one to respond. She responded quickly, professionally, and made sure I was well taken care of.

I have been using QCPS for about 2 months now and they have been there for me during 3 separate trips over that time period. I cannot say enough good things about this service. Stacey (owner) is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond for her clients. My dog, Whiskey (pictured), is a bit of a "special needs" case as he does not get along well with other pups. Additionally, I happen to live in a high-rise filled with other pups. So, getting him in and out safely can be a challenge.

I have now had three visits without incident. The team (Casey and James) that have looked after Whiskey have taken the time to get to know him, understand his routine and ensure that my travel has not come at the expense of my best friend, Mr. Whiskers. In my most recent business trip, we were almost unable to find anyone to watch him and I was facing the possibility of driving 9.5 hours each way to and from Florida for a video shoot. Stacey came through in the last minute, offering up her office manager as a solution.

Her words, "I put myself in your shoes and I just couldn't do that to you." These people are incredible, reasonably priced, care about you & your fuzzy buddies personally and I am just so very thankful I found them!

Wow! After being called out of town last minute, I scrambled to contact what seemed like every single pet boarding facility and pet sitting service in Charlotte, only to be told that no one could handle a last minute request for a new customer. I couldn't believe it and was on the brink of having to tell my boss he'd need to send someone else to the meeting.

But then I called QC Petsitting. I spoke to James, who assured me that not only could they handle such a request if he had the staff available, but that Ripples, my Corgi, could be visited multiple times per day! Fast forward 2-hours and Amber is at my home, meeting with me and Ripples. She took detailed notes on Ripples' routine, asked a lot of questions - things that I would've forgotten to mention otherwise, and gave lots of pets to the little one. Already, I'm impressed. Needless to say, Amber and Ripples got along swimmingly.

Everything I asked of Amber was done to the T and she kept in communication with me throughout my trip, ta boot! She updated me on how the fluff butt was doing, if she ate, went for walks, had her bully sticks, and more. The day before my trip, I was nervous leaving my pup at home but I left with peace of mind. Long story short: I give an A to Amber, James, and the rest of the QCPS crew. I have several planned trips later this year and I'm glad I know who I'll be calling to take care of Ripples.

I recently used Queen City Pet Sitting Charlotte to watch our 4 rescue cats. Two of the cats required special needs (medicine) with detailed instructions. The sitter we were assigned, Rachel, did an excellent job with all of our cats and ensured that the 2 that needed the medicine received it as instructed. She was prompt, sent texts when she arrived and left daily, and also sent me daily pictures to ensure that our cats were being cared for properly. I felt completely at ease while I was away, and will be using them in the future. Excellent company!

I've used Queen City Petsitting for about a year now, and I love it! Very fast customer service, Stacey is always so helpful. My schedule tends to be last minute as well, so it is always comforting to know my pet will be taken care of while I am gone. I have also been fortunate enough to have the same sitter come each time! I have a pet bunny which can be hard to find individuals with experience caring for one, which is another reason why I love this service. Highly recommend!

I have had such a wonderful experience with Lauren at Queen City Petsitting and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! I rescued a dog with anxiety and trust issues; which another company did not want to work with. Lauren has been so helpful caring for my dog, working around his issues and has gone above and beyond! What a great company! My plans for my vacation were almost ruined as the person who was supposed to watch my dogs bailed on me last minute. I called Queen City Petsitting and with basically zero notice they had one of their trustworthy sitters scheduled to take care of my puppies. Saved our trip! Always friendly and courteous. Our sitter even sent us pictures of our babies while we were away! Definitely recommend!

We have been using QC pet sitting for our two little pups for morning and/or afternoon visits. We love our sitter Lauren! She takes the most wonderful care of our babies! She is very flexible and always willing to do whatever they need, even feeding them with very crazy instructions when one of our babies was sick. Stacey and James have been wonderful about answering questions and getting back to us quickly when we email or call.

QC Petsitting has been taking care of my fur-babies for almost three years now and they've been so great to work with! My Frenchie Bailey used to have a severe heart condition and my Pug Bubbles is paralyzed so they can be a little high maintenance but my pet-sitter Amelia has been absolutely wonderful with each of them. I have such peace of mind knowing that my dogs are being well taken care of while I'm away from home.

We had to book a last minute sitter for our old corgi, Lucy. QCP responded immediately by phone and email to my response! A sitter was able to come meet us that same night and took wonderful care of our dog all weekend long. There is no amount of money that can take the place of the piece of mind that you get from reliable and caring folks- just like these! Their rates are very competitive as well. We have already booked our next pet sitting and I cannot say enough great things about this company!

I have had a wonderful experience with Queen City Petsitting! Booking appointments and payment is made so easy (you can set up payments to be automatically charged and a receipt is sent to your email). I travel for work and often have long days, so it has been wonderful to have Stephanie let my dog out to break up the day for him instead of having to board him.

It is cheaper and much less stressful for my dog! Stephanie, in particular, has been phenomenal. She is so accommodating and helpful. Several times I have found out about last minute trips and have had travel delays and she has done several last minute trips for me. It has been nice to have such an accommodating, trustworthy company to watch my dog. I would recommend the company to anyone!

We've gotten Stephanie at Queen City petsitting to take care of our pups a few times, and it has always been a great experience! It can be stressful leaving your dogs with a stranger so it was really nice to meet Stephanie a few days in advance and realize that the dogs would be in great hands. She sent us email updates occasionally and basically made it very easy to be away from home and not stress about anything. Great service!
