Matt from Brown Pest Control came out to our home today and spent a solid hour completing a termite inspection and thoroughly treating for our main pests (ants, spiders, and roaches). Our house is surrounded on three sides by trees so pest control is a must. We've been using Brown Pest Control for about 5 years, and have always had good experiences with the technicians who are willing to answer questions/concerns.
They also helped us with bats that got under our siding a couple years ago. We couldn't give a 5 star review because of previous issues from what appeared to be disorganization on the office side of the operation, but the minor complaint wouldn't prevent us from continuing to use their services or recommending the company.

These are awesome folks. Mr. Brown came out on an emergency basis and killed a yellow jacket nest that had brought work on my house to an immediate hault. He was very kind and courteous as he used 2 different substances to poison the nest. He would not accept payment until the next day after we were sure the nest was dead. I didn't want to wait for a return visit to check if the nest was dead so the next morning he called me and talked me through how to check it safely with a long pole.
It was completely dead. They accepted my debit card over the phone and I got back to work on the house with only a 24 hour delay for the poison to work. I will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you Mr. Brown!
