Pavement Services removed some of our building's existing concrete foundation, and then poured a thicker slab. The work was performed quickly, as quoted, and very neatly. We had an existing laser cutting machine feet from where this work was performed. You could barely tell Pavement Services was working near it. I could not be more impressed by the work done by this business.

Blown away at the response of the Pavement Services team. I was having a hard time even getting a call back from other repair services. Steve had his foreman come out within a few hours of calling with a free quote. After getting the green light to get our drain basin repaired he and his team had it knocked out in no time and I couldn't even tell they were there. Highly highly recommend using the Pavement Services team!

We needed to re-pave a parking lot that was old and very damaged. Pavement services was the most economical option and they did an outstanding job. Even the drainage improved and the lot looked like new. When someone stole our manhole cover, Steve came right out and replaced it. Great job. Steve Romine, the owner, and his crew did a great job on our parking lot of The Women's Institute of Houston. No hassles and I didn't have to worry about anything. We needed an asphalt overlay to our parking lot and after doing some calling around and quotes, we chose Pavement Services. We could not be more pleased with their work quality and timeliness. Steve expedited the process by first checking the property on Google Earth to give us a rough estimate, and then followed up to confirm with an onsite visit. We gave them the 'green light' on a Friday, and they were ready for Monday (rain delay set us back to Tuesday). Done. Excellent work. Good business transaction. With the good striping he added, our place now "pops".

The private road in our subdivision is ~38,000 sq-ft. After removing the existing asphalt layer, Steve, the contractor, went extra mile to prepare the base whenever the owner of the house requested something extra even thought the request was not realistically useful. It took full three days to finish the projects and I suggest if your project is not an one-day job, plan on coordinating with Steve closely on the timing and scope of the project so that all areas look the same in seamless ways.

Steve is such an awesome person to work with. I've done two jobs with him already. Each time I work with him he is honestly, very responsive, very sweet, and really cares about his customers. His price was competitive and he gets out to get the job done quickly instead of having to wait weeks to get a time slot. He and his team did a good job filling a lot of pot holes at our property. I couldn't recommend him enough to anyone looking a concrete and asphalt contractor! You won't be disappointed by checking them out! Thanks for the great job, Steve!

His written estimate has always been very professional, describing the scope of repair in detail. His price is competitive. He even gave us options to choose in order to fit our budget. We highly recommend Steve and Pavement Services. Mai Nguyen PS. I accidentally made a mistake of one star rating earlier.

After a friend recommended him, we contracted Steve to re-pave our 17,000 square-foot parking lot with asphalt. The job began on time, and finished a little early than we expected. The end-result exceeded our expectations really, and the parking lot now feels like a professional job with all the standard parking-space markings and such. The price was extremely competitive as well, so we feel very well treated by this company. Thanks Steve and crew!
