Carpet Cleaning
Our Oscillating Pad Extraction method deeply cleans carpets using minimal moisture, removing embedded dirt and allergens while preserving fiber integrity. The process leaves carpets dry within two hours and maintains cleanliness longer than traditional steam cleaning. Commercial and residential clients benefit from our eco-friendly approach that avoids excessive water usage and chemical residues.
Hardwood Floor Cleaning
Specialized cleaning restores hardwood floors by removing abrasive particles that dull finishes. Our low-moisture technique prevents water damage while thoroughly scrubbing and buffing surfaces. Annual deep cleaning preserves the natural beauty of wood flooring and extends its lifespan without harsh chemicals or prolonged drying periods.
Commercial Cleaning
We provide efficient floor restoration for commercial properties, including carpet cleaning, VCT maintenance, and tile polishing. Our rapid-drying method allows businesses to resume operations within hours rather than days. Commercial clients receive tailored solutions that maintain professional environments while minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with health standards.
Rug Cleaning
Both residential and commercial rugs receive specialized treatment through on-site or facility-based cleaning. Our process safely removes deep-seated dirt from area rugs and antique oriental rugs without damaging fibers. The encapsulation method preserves colors and textures while eliminating allergens and extending rug longevity.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
We clean porous tile and grout surfaces using penetrating solutions that break down stubborn stains and microbial buildup. The Oscillating Pad Extraction method thoroughly cleans tile surfaces while applying protective sealants to resist future contamination. This service revitalizes bathroom, kitchen, and commercial tile floors without excessive moisture.
Questions
What makes your carpet cleaning method different from steam cleaning?
Our Oscillating Pad Extraction uses 90% less water than steam cleaning, dries in 2 hours, and encapsulates dirt for longer-lasting results without residue buildup.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
We recommend annual cleaning for most homes, though high-traffic areas, pets, or children may require more frequent maintenance to preserve carpet condition.
Can you remove pet urine odors and stains?
Yes, our process effectively treats pet stains by lifting contaminants without over-wetting carpets, though severe cases may require specialized enzymatic treatments.
Do you move furniture during cleaning?
We move lightweight furniture and replace it after cleaning, but avoid moving fragile or wired items to prevent potential damage during the cleaning process.
How long does the average cleaning appointment take?
Most residential jobs take 2-4 hours depending on square footage, with commercial projects scheduled based on facility size and specific cleaning requirements.

Working with simply clean carpet care was very easy. I reached out and they were very responsive. I let them know what my needs were and they gave me an estimated quote via the phone. They scheduled to meet with me at 2:00 PM the following week which was within my timeline. And they were on time. They came in and they sprayed the apartment carpet to ensure that any cat pee had been lifted off of the carpet and then they proceeded to oscillating the carpet and cleaning it. I would definitely work with them again.

We were selling our selling our house, and needed our carpets cleaned for showings. At first we had Stanley steamers come in. After they had left you could not tell a difference in the carpet at all. So we decided to try out simply clean. When they were finished with our carpets they looked brand new! They also did an excellent job on our tile. The pricing was more then fair and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional floor cleaning!

Wow! Nice job and a nice guy. Professional, on time in and out! Big difference from those other guys that come in with a long hose to water-log your floors breaking down fibers and aging your carpets. He did it the way I would have, nice and gentle. Great process, almost dry when he left in a pleasant neutralizing air. The best! Thanks! Mike & Ginger

Ted and his crew have handled my properties around UK campus for two years now and have done a fantastic job. It's not easy cleaning 75 apartments spread across multiple campus locations in a mere 48 hours with dynamic student departure & arrival schedules, but Simply Clean Carpet Care (SCCC) makes it look easy. I have had several apartments with carpet in pretty bad shape that I was absolutely convinced would need to be replaced, but SCCC saved the day--saving me money in the process. Dependable. Professional. Courteous. Folks.trust me, you can't go wrong with these guys!

I had almost given up on my textured berber carpet. I'd had it cleaned before and it was wet for days and the pathways never looked clean. After simply clean came it all looks clean and the dirty pathway is still clean and it dried in about an hour and a half. The owner was very nice, professional and confident about his service, now I know why. I would confidently without reserve recommend Simply Clean Carpet Cleaning.

This was by far the best cleaning job anyone has done on our carpets, and I've used several companies in the past. I purchased a deal on Angie's List because of the many excellent reviews the company has received. Also, there was zero chemical odor from having the carpets deodorized and protected, not what I've been used to from other companies' chemicals. This is the first "green" carpet cleaning company we've used and it really made a difference.

Ted has not only been to our home.but has also been to several of our rental properties. Even when one was completely trashed he was willing to try and save some areas. We didn't make him do that!. But he has made some pretty messy areas look terrific once again. And. Ted.with a big grin on his face.always has the energy and enthusiasm to go the extra mile to satisfy the client! Please give him a call!

If you're looking for a carpet cleaning service and don't know where to turn, stop looking - you've found the best! I had Simply Clean to my home today and what a difference a few minutes can make when you hire the right company! My carpets and area rug look brand new and it was done quickly, efficiently, and with no chemical smell. I use a Dyson vacuum every week, so I think I keep things clean, but wow, it's a whole different level of clean now! This place does it RIGHT.

Ted and Shirley Borecki own Simply Clean Carpet Care and they are just the greatest people to work with. Ted is so conscientious when he cleans anything but his specialty is carpeting. I have had him tackle some horrible stains in my upstairs carpets and he never fails to make them look like new. Shirley takes care of the office, scheduling and billing and she is so pleasant and really funny when she calls or takes a call. We always end up laughing like mad or as the kids say LMAO whenever we talk. If you have a tough floor problem, call Ted and Shirley! Dr. Chris Christensen
