Good customer service and the best insurance rates that I could find for quality coverage. Jennifer was very helpful and very informative. I highly recommend that you at minimum sit down and talk with them and compare your rates.
I wish I would have found them sooner. I will update this review in 6 months.

Thank you for your reply to my review. I am well aware of how insurance rates work and fluctuate. This is definitely not my first rodeo with insurance companies. I am a brand new customer with AAA and your office. An accurate review would not be just from the first day experience. When I said I would update my review in 6 months, it was not solely directed at rates. When I do my reviews I take everything in consideration. In this case (after 6 months), of course it would be rate increases, customer service at your office and customer service at the 800 number. It would also apply if I had any claims and how it was handled. Thank you again for your time. Keep up the good work guys! I could very well be a customer for life.

Wow! After having a pretty poor customer service experience with my prior insurance company, I was referred to Jon. He was very kind, quick to help me out, and I was able to get great car and home insurance rates! He explained everything very thorough as well. I'm super happy I switched to AAA.

After contacting five different insurance offices I decided to go with Jon Gilroy Agency because of the competitive price, the courtesy of the agent, and the proximity of the office to my home. On line only insurance companies are great until you have a problem. Then you will probably want to talk with a real person.
