I wasn't sure about the item I was purchasing, and called in to Customer Service. Eduardo Estrella was the representative who answered, and he has been fabulous. Extremely responsive, and was able to provide me with proofs and a sample very quickly so we could make a decision. Needless to say I placed the order. I will definitely do business with Empire Promos again.

I recently placed a couple orders from Empire and was completely thrilled with their level of service, their selection of great items and their prices. From the time I first filled out a contact form to get a free sample of one of the items I was looking for, I was given personalized service to help me through the process of evaluating multiple items. I was given suggestions of what items might work for what I wanted to do, without me having to search through a huge catalog. A+ service! I called in for a super last minute rush order because Vistaprint ended up dropping the ball on our order. My only option was to look for local shops that might somehow be able to assist me.
Eduardo and his team were absolutely incredible! They handled my situation with the utmost priority! They worked late into the evening assisting me with my design (which was not their responsibility at all). They used their relationship with the factory to expedite my job in order to have everything prepared and printed in time for the convention.
