Many disabled people rely on SSI, Medicaid or other government benefits to provide food and shelter. You may have been advised to disinherit a loved one to protect the beneficiary's public benefits. But these benefits rarely provide more than basic needs. And this solution does not allow you to help your loved one after they become incapacitated or are gone.

Many individuals who have been named as successor trustee, have little or no experience in executing the appropriate steps necessary to administer a trust.

I offer prospective estate planning clients a complimentary initial consultation. During the consultation, I will provide an overview of the estate planning process, answer questions or concerns and recommend a plan. I will quote a flat fee for design, drafting and implementation of the plan. You may choose to engage my firm by signing a fee agreement and paying a deposit; or you may choose to take some time to reflect before moving ahead.
