Our employed staff is insured, bonded, and trained with both virtual and hands on instruction. Each dog walker passes a series of interviews, background, reference, and employment checks.

I cannot say enough about Emi and the Sniff and Go, team! They've been walking my 2-year-old Golden Retriever ever since I used them for a "Pet Taxi" while he was attending SF Puppy Prep. The walkers are all honestly amazing, reliable, and great at communicating. They always provide great notes from their walks to make sure I'm aware of certain things they might notice with Wiley.

Out of respect for the time commitments that our staff members make to give our client's pets the best care possible, it is important that we know ahead of time if you may need to cancel a scheduled visit. There is a 100% refund for cancellations made by 12:00 PM Monday through Friday prior to an accepted request.

We carry general liability insurance, are bonded, carry commercial auto insurance, and workers compensation.
We are a team of employees (not independent contractors) that must successfully pass a criminal background check, go through 40 hours of training, pass a veterinarian taught Pet First Aid and Pet CPR course, and then continue ongoing education through a professional behavioralist and trainer based system that covers all topics of dog and cat care.
