The Co Pilates is focused on physical and energetic healing. We offer intelligent movement programs based in foundational Pilates theory as well as intuitive movement programs that integrate energy work for a more embodied approach to healing. Conveniently accessible from wherever you are, our team collaborates with you to facilitate better awareness, connection, and ease in your body.

Our goal is to use this bespoke approach to help you navigate change in your body so that you can show up more powerfully in your life (and in the world). Brittany Crosby is the creator and founder of The Co Pilates. As an instructor of contemporary Pilates, Brittany has been helping her clients connect the dots to achieve more efficient movement for over 15 years. Brittany's love of movement and examining the possibilities of the human body was ignited by her lifelong dance training.

Intelligent Movement

This 75-minute session allows you to explore what an Intelligent Movement Program can look and feel like. We will spend some time reviewing your health history and goals as well as engage in a brief movement analysis. This allows us to cater the session to your body, as it is in this moment, while collaborating on a plan toward your goals.
Intuitive Movement
Report
This 90-minute session combines intuitive reading, mindful movement, and Reiki healing for a powerful experience that deepens your critical feeling and intuitive understanding skills. In this container, we explore together what your body, your energy system, and your spiritual guides have to tell you, and use core principles from Pilates and Reiki to integrate that information into your body and mind.

We are honored to be offering our work out of The Floor on Atlantic. The Floor is a movement studio and community space in Brooklyn, NY. They offer mat based classes in Pilates, Yoga, Foam Rolling, and Self Care. It also hosts ongoing Book Discussions, Workshops, an Artist Services Program, and a Civic Engagement Initiative.
