10/10. The actors and staff were very interactive and the atmosphere was great. I felt safe the entire experience. Thanks to Hailey, Nick, and Megan for being the best tech support and security. My group had a very good time. Highly recommend.

Had never done an escape room before. Went with my 10-year-old. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They were totally in character and made the experience so fun! The puzzles were difficult enough to be challenging but not frustrating and they give you timely hints if they see you struggling (theyre observing via video feed). Overall a great experience.

Took my daughter on a father-daughter trip. We love escape rooms --- probably experienced nearly 40. Tried Pandora's Box. Great room. Unique. Puzzles were fair and story-driven (often, puzzles are just math games, which can be frustrating.) The effects were surprising and, again, story-driven. The game masters were amazing and helpful (Bailee Bob and Cosy (?)) Can't wait to come back and try the rest!

This was so much fun! My group and I did Pandora's Box and absolutely LOVED the fact that it's a puzzle inside a puzzle. Not only are you trying to escape the room, but you are working to contain the spirits of Pandora's Box. One thing that I deeply appreciated was the commitment to character from the staff. With Pandora's Box, there is an interactive character component, and it was riveting. This was my first escape room with that aspect, and I would highly recommend it to others.
Overall, I highly recommend Trapped! as an escape room venue and that people check out Pandora's Box.

We did an office party at Trapped. It was all of our first experience with escape rooms and it was super fun! We saw our staff in action and the boss said, "now we know that our staff are all super smart!" It was a very fun time with good puzzles to solve and everyone enjoyed the experience.

We have done a ton of escape rooms over the years. We heard good things about Trapped, so we decided to schedule 4 back to back. The rooms were awesome. The rooms were challenging, well designed, and a lot of fun. Taylor was the best game master we've ever had in any of our escape rooms, and was definitely easy on the eyes. Thanks for making our visit awesome, Taylor!!
