Classic Millworks was founded in 1986. We work with companies and contractors throughout the United States and bring more than 3 decades of custom mill work experience to each project we produce. We're committed to creating the finest quality stair treads, countertops and flooring components available.
Stair Treads

Classic Millworks is capable of making hardwood stair treads in a variety of styles. Our common styles consist of straight, curved, triangular pie, and volute. The thickness of our treads range from 3/8 inch thick to as large as 3 inches. Our solid stair treads leave our facility sanded and ready for finish.
Butcher Block Countertops

Our custom butcher block countertops are built to fit your precise specifications. We are very particular when hand selecting our materials so that we can provide you with the best possible wood for your project. Our experienced millworkers can create countertops out of a variety of woods and we are happy to discuss the options with you.
Flooring Components

Our custom hardwood floors, components and stair treads are created from either solid hardwood or engineered flooring. This enables us to give our customers a product that will exceed their expectations. Manufacturers sell flooring components in bulk, and many times the finish color is drastically different than the rest of the flooring.
Recent Projects
Report
We recently completed a beautiful project for a residence in the prestigious community of Silver Leaf in North Scottsdale. The project called for custom stair treads utilizing the engineered flooring used throughout the home. Over the years, we've developed methods to accomplish using engineered flooring for treads up to 3 inches thick and for curved steps.
